希爾頓赫爾辛基機場

The hotel's airport proximity was convenient for our early flight. However, it lacked basic amenities like slippers and toothbrushes, and a large gap under the shower door caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor and causing mess. Overall, the provisions were average, and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

- staff was unhelpful, we travelled internationally into Helsinki with 4 large luggages. When we asked whether they have luggage service we were told they are “very busy” at the moment and so cannot help with our luggages. I have never in my life been told by a hotel (let alone a Hilton hotel) that they cannot assist with luggages. - they charge you for every single thing. If you want room service, it’s an extra 15 euros service fee just for them bringing up the food. This is obviously in addition to already paying for room service priced food. I have never seen an extra charge for room service just for bringing up the food - is the whole point of room service not having the food brought up to you. We were told that we may be able to pick up the food ourselves in the reception to waive that fee, but they were not sure and told us to check with the restaurants ourselves. If the fee was 5 euros I can live with it but 15 is extortionate, when the simplest pasta with tomato sauce on their room service menu costs 26 euros and a pan fried breadcrumb sole (basically fancy way to say fish and chips???) costs 35 euros. - The water in the room is not complimentary unless you are a diamond gold or silver member, which is fine - but they cost 6 euros a bottle, which is not. -Not sure what service this hotel is providing other than stuffing you in a room with a bed, but whatever little “service” they have (I can’t point to any really) is abysmal.

酒店距離機場客運大樓幾分鐘，需要經過一些戶外區域才能夠到達。酒店整體保持得不錯。前台工作人員登記入住時的工作甚有效率。位於大堂的餐廳的食物質素很好，值得一試。房間算是寬敞且舒適，但是洗手間和房間時間的燈因為不能夠獨立開關而對於睡眠有點影響。另外，床頭的時鐘也沒有正確顯示冬令時間，而房間的樽裝水也不是免費（酒店高級會員除外），稍嫌有點太吝嗇。此外，有些房間也距離電梯有點遠。可是，整體來說是一家不錯的酒店。

Aikainen aamiainen hyvä, mutta klo 4.00 aamulla ei kyllä jaksa kovaa musiikkia vielä kuunnella. Musiikki siis hiljaisemmalle!

Hyvä palvelu ja ravintolassa hyvä ruoka.

Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage und ist sehr schön! Die Betten sind traumhaft und richtig bequem! Auch das Personal war extrem höflich und hilfsbereit! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Check in was too slow

Staff is always lovely, rooms are always as they should- beds are a bit too comfy.. we normally stay just one night before an early flight home. Sauna was just perfect. Definitely staying with them again.

Place feels worn down, outdated. Beds are good, cubby nightstands not. Very much a transfer hotel

Large quiet room, lovely staff. Most surprisingly one of the best meals I have had in years….in an airport hotel no less!
