The location is very good. Hotel is clean, the staff are very nice and friendly. The security is very good. The only thing is the wifi is not that fast (maybe our room was at the corner).

Nice clean, modern hotel located in the city center. Room is big and quiet. Breakfast choices more than I expected.

It is very central to most areas and activities and super stylish in its decore. Beds are very comfortable and rooms finished to a high standard.

Locatie prima. Echter als een fout maakt bij de boeking ben je je geld gewoon kwijt. Veel te rigide systeem.

Great location with fun amenities

The rooms are decorated in a fun way and the hotel provides slippers, which is a really thoughtful touch. The breakfast was excellent and the same goes for the complimentary coffee and bar offerings. the staff is extremely helpful and kind. Simply put, a fantastic hotel in a beautiful city. I had a memorable time with my family and if I return to Helsinki, this is the first place I will look!

Great hotel, excellent location, a few blocks away from everything (train station, trams, esplanadi park, market square/port, Helsinki cathedral, metro, shopping street), friendly staff at check in, clean, spacious and quiet rooms. Would totally stay here again

Conveniently located, quiet and friendly staff. The food was outstanding. Breakfasts were incredibly varied and set you up well for the day. However, the AC was terrible and couldn't go below 23°C, which made the nights unbearably hot and difficult to sleep. Not ideal. A shame as it would have been an amazing hotel if this was changed.

Great accommodation but lacking critical items such as refrigerator and safe. Why these would not be included in room is very surprising but felt it really let down this great hotel..

Meget fint hotel. Kan kunne godt bruge et lille bord på værelset. De har meget gode workspaces, men skal man have online møder, så er det praktisk, at kunne sidde selv. Men ellers er det en meget hyggelig atmosfære.

This was the greatest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Large, clean, well-designed, comfortable, plenty of space to hang clothes and open our suitcases - I can't say enough good things about it. Excellent location - close to everything you need including the tram. The lobby bar was actually lively and had good beers, along with some late night snacks. A good hotel to come "home" to after a day of adventures.

Chambre au tarif très élevé qui ne se justifie pas sauf pour l’emplacement au centre Vue sur un chantier avec ouvriers que l’on entend le matin .. Chasse d’eau qui fonctionne mal Salle du petit déjeuner immense et impersonnelle ..

部屋には冷蔵庫がなく、アメニティ等はスリッパ以外ほぼなしというシンプルなホテルです。清潔ですが頼まなければ清掃は入りません。少し換気が悪く、匂いがこもる感じがありました。スタッフの皆さんはとても感じがよく、気持ちよく過ごせました。

Nice, modern, and convenient

Great value!!! I had a huge, gorgeous and well designed room with so much natural light, and then the delicious breakfast every day. It was probably the best value for a hotel in Europe I’ve had in a long time. Great space, clean, friendly staff, lovely breakfast (and the breakfast area is also very clean and well designed!). I would stay here again every time. Loved it!!!
