Everything was fine

All amazing, except the price of breakfast 24 €, it too expensive

Mukavat huoneet, hyvä sauna, loistava ajaminen. Messuvieraalle loistava, huoneeseen pääsee sisäkautta ja voi käydä välillä huoneessa lepäämässä ja vaihtamassa vaatteita.

Great hotel, next door to the exhibition centre, train station less than 5mins away with line servicing the center (1 stop away) and the airport ( direct , about 30mins journey costing 4.80 euros single way). Staff very friendly, room was clean and nicely layered. Restaurant and bar food very good.

Arriving to the hotel was not so friendly, slow action and almost unfriendly in the reception. I felt I was there for the official and not the opposite. But the room, the breakfast and other things worked well.

Ympäristöystävällisyyttä lisäisi nestesaippua palasaippuan sijaan. Palasaippuasta jää aina jäljelle iso osa, eikä sitä toivottavasti kierrätetä enää uudelleen seuraavalle asiakkaalle.

Clean hotel in a conviently located next to the exhibition halls. Breakfast nothing special, restaurants not very good both food and service wise, reception service unfriendly and I experienced even some unacceptable mistakes.

Room was nice, clean, and spacious. Bed comfy (even softer vs firmer pillows to choose from). There were table and chair for working, which was good. And as a cherry on the top; even a little couch for just chilling. Thank you, it was a very comfortable stay.

Not the best part of town but convenient for Railway Station (Pasila) Not much around the area in way of restaurant/bars etc.

Excellent customer service. Near public transport, quiet area, shopping area, centre to airport & city centre…great breakfast so much choices, staff helpful & go beyond what is expected. Thanks & keep up the good work.

Our stay was fantastic. Great breakfast, clean environment and very close to public transportation. U can't ask for anything better. 5 START

Overall everything was very good. But the breakfast was not. Sunday morning, I guess hotel was full but in this kind of hotel I assume that they are aware how to handel things. By breakfast everything was over. More products were occasionally imported, but the tables were completely congested and there was a lot of queuing, and still the products ran out. This was a big disappointment.

Nice and clean hotel, excellent for attending events in the exhibition hall.

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff are really pleasant and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, modern and up to date, and have everything you need. The breakfast was amazing; so many options! Everything from cooked, to cereal, cheese platters and deli meats, pastries, eggs, even salad. Gluton free also catered for. Less than a ten minute walk to the local mall for anything else you need.

Near conference center. Can’t beat that.
