I stayed at the Holiday Inn Helsinki during a long overnight layover and was delighted with my stay. Overall it's a good quality airport hotel and great for staying around the airport. The rooms were very reasonably priced and comfortable, and the hotel breakfast was delicious. The airport shuttle was also very easy to use (comes about every 20-30 minutes, shuttle schedules are posted online and around the lobby which I appreciated). Reception was also polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

Convenient for airport stay. Lovely breakfast, Very clean. Very Friendly staff
Shuttle bus was excellent.
Be aware that sockets next to bed don't work when you turn the lights off. We woke to phones that hadn't charged which caused a bit of a panic as they had our boarding passes on them so make sure you charge using socket next to kettle/TV

The staff here do an amazing job, from reception to dining and cleaning. Huge shout out to Sanna at reception who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and Heidi from the dining area who was also a gem!
Big complaints here were unresponsive thermostats (Thankfully Sanna brought us a portable heater to help with the cold), and the drab outdated room and bathroom, and worn out furniture in room and in lobby lounge. The bottoms all sag and are not comfortable.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel seemed older but in great condition and very clean, We were very happy to stay there. The free shuttle to the airport was fantastic and we used it frequently. Would definitely recommend this hotel,
