Haven Hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
Really nothing to criticize.
The room is very beautiful and glamorous, facilities are good, location is convenient (just right next to old market hall)...
The BEST thing is the buffet breakfast, a variety of food supplied with an amazing view.
Everything is wonderful and all of us felt so sad that we only had a three-day stay in Haven Hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel, not just a haven but a heaven!

The bed was super comfy and the quality of breakfast was quite decent, tho not many options. If they could offer free transportation between the hotel and train station, it would be perfect.

Haven Hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

場所、スタッフの応対、満足です。
朝食も美味しかったです。
旅行慣れしていないこともあり、サラダにドレッシングがないことに気づきました。
オリーブオイルや塩胡椒は準備してあったのに、スタッフの方、感じ良く代替えを提案してくださいました。
旅行前急遽1人追加になり、問合せ。メール後すぐ返信もくださり、エキストラベット、1台50€追加で１部屋に3人で泊まることができました。
ただシャワーが、日本の様にカーテンが無く、トイレは広かったですが足元ビシャビシャに濡れてしまい、タオル沢山使ってしまいました。
学習しました。申し訳ありませんでした。
ロケーションは最高で、港、飲食、楽しい旅行となりました。
また利用したいと思います。

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Hafen, man kann sehr viel zu Fuß machen.
Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel gibt es aber einige Punkte, die ich besser erwartet hätte. Es gibt Abends keine Küche mehr, also keinen Zimmerservice und auch in der Bar gibt es nichts zu essen bis auf ein paar Chips.
Das Frühstück ist immer das gleiche, und es gibt viele Dinge (z.B. Waffeln, diverse Smoothies, Omelette), die man extra bezahlen muss. In einem Hotel dieser Klasse hätte ich das als reguläre Bestandteile des Frühstücks erwartet.

Hieno kiva hotelli jossa ripaus luksusta. Aamupala sen sijaan oli pettymys. Kattaus buffet pöydässä oli suttuinen. Monia elementtejä oli esillä vain vähän ja esillelaitto oli epäsiistiä.
