Agréable séjour dans la forêt. Le chalet est propre et confortable. Cependant le système de sécurité pour fermer le logement n’est pas bien. Le miroir de la chambre a disparu durant notre séjour pendant que nous étions absents. Nous nous sentons pas en sécurité.

I completed the "book in" and the payment via Credit Card.
I hired a car in order to commute to my science / business meetings in Helsinki.
I was then informed that the accommodation was not available.
A very unsatisfactory state of affairs.
I have received no apology and am still awaiting news of the refund.
It would be too much to expect also the refund of the then quite unnecessary car hire costs.
