It was a nice experience for my girl who stay in Pilot Airport Hotel for 2 nights before coming back to HK for her summer breaks

Över förväntan med tanke på priset. Rent, smidig check in/ut och enkelt med transefer mellan flygplats och hotell.

Great place!

I stayed for one night and found the staff very helpful for arranging a shuttle from the airport and back at the times that I needed (1:05 pm and 5:00am)-- a 10 minute ride. The small room was very comfortable -- very quiet, good bedding, nice towels. No A/C but a fan was provided and one window was open. (Eye mask helpful as it was close to summer solstice. ) The hotel has a bar and restaurant and the cold breakfast at 5 am was appealing. Also easy access to Helsinki Central on the frequent 600 bus to a stop that's just a short distance away on a nice path. Great value for a budget traveler.

The reception staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Une petite chambre, avec des fenêtres en partie haute uniquement... Bon, pour passer la nuit entre 01h00 du matin et 8 heures, c'est suffisant. Chambre impeccable, propre, espace communs corrects. Il y avait une navette gratuite à l'aéroport, arrêt Nr 42, toutes les 30 minutes, le soir (à 0h45, puis la dernière à 01h15)... donc OK pour le denier vol LH. Bon petit-déjeuner. A mon avis, l'autre hotel Skyline Airport (desservi par la même navette) est probablement mieux... Pas de mauvais point, au final, on peut quand même conseiller cet hotel.

Huone oli pieni ja siellä ei ollut ilmastointia joten se oli melko tukala paikka nukkua. Lisäksi viereisen tien äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen ja siitä kulki paljon kovaäänisiä mopoja läpi yön. Pimennysverhot eivät ole pimmenysverhoja. Mukaan siis vähintään korvatulpat ja unimaski. Aamiainen oli melko vaatimaton ja kaikki oli mautonta.

VERY NICE HOTEL IN ALL AREAS AND CLOSE TO AIRPORT

Nice, clean, basic hotel. Close to airport, with complimentary return shuttle. In a beautiful walking area, not real close to downtown. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great value.

I loved my stay at the Pilot Hotel! While the facility is a bit older than some in the area, the Pilot is near lovely quiet neighborhoods which made for a nice walk. No traffic noise disturbing sleep. Tiny room, but comfortable and the shower was great and the water was hella hot! But the best thing about the Pilot was the staff. I emailed them in advance asking how to locate the shuttle. Jerry wrote back and in great detail wrote out a step my step guide on how to find just the right bus lane and how to identify the correct van. After a blurry 24 hours of flying I appreciated having a clear guide. And the gal who checked me in (sorry, forgot her name) was also friendly and helpful. I regret my stay was short as I understand that the restaurant is very good and a local hangout. 100 % would stay here again!

Hyvä vaihtoehto majoittumiseen ennen aikaista lentoa. Maittava aamupala ja lentokenttäkuljetukset plussaa.

Eenvoudig en niet duur. Kamer schoon maar klein zonder waterkoker op de kamer. Bij booking stond gratis parkeren maar bij aankomst werd ineens gezegd dat we moesten betalen. Maar hoefde na deze melding toch niet te betalen. Om alleen te slapen prima hotel. Sauna aanwezig van 18 - 20 uur voor dames en van 20 - 22 uur voor heren. Ontbijt tot 09.30 uur. Goed maar niet heel uitgebreid.

Unclear breakfast instructions. You get what you pay for.

Hade varit trevligt med vattenkokaren på rummet. Och enklare husgeråd typ kaffekoppar.

The best thing about this hotel is the free airport shuttle. Other than that, the rooms are not tiny, they are minuscule. The breakfast buffet isn't as good as other hotels in Finland and the choices are limited. The staff is nice.
