Staff at the reception of Hotel Santa Claus are nice and helpful. The room in Hotel Rudolph is basic but clean and tidy. But the bathroom is really a problem. From the design of the room, it can tell that the room is for people with mobility problem so it is not suprised that the bathroom will be an accessible bathroom. But the curtain is unable to block the water when bathing, as a result, the floor of the bathroom is all wet.

You need to get your room key in Santa's Hotel which is 800 meters away, but I didn't see any note when I was booking this hotel. Try to imagine that you need to walk 1.6 kilometers on a frozen and slippery ground as a round trip to get your key under -10 degrees. Fortunately I am the one who has own vehicle to get there.

除了check-in 要走10mins 到santa’s Hotel 外 大致不錯 房間整潔 設備齊全 酒店應在說明中清楚列明特別的入住安排 免得住客白走一趟（像我一樣）

Short distance from town.A China resturant next to it.Just five minute on foot to supermart .The locatio n is quiet good. Inside the room is clean and tidy. It so comfortable.

There are no reception at the hotel and you need to take a 5 mins walk to Santa Hotel in the city centre for check-in. That's not very nice for travelers without a car, although the staff members were nice and helpful.

Cheap, quiet and clean. It is inconvenient that check-in counter is not inside hotel.

雖然check-in地方與實際住的飯店不在同一個地方,要走一小段路,但大致上還算滿意,床鋪舒適.衛浴乾淨.提供的基本配備都算良好

要先到另一間酒店check in,不太方便,而且需要借風筒,還既時候又要拎返去chack in個間酒店,酒店與酒店路程相距5-10分鐘,房間都算大,但有d位置需要執修,但對房間整體滿意.

The room is good with this price. There is a TV, enough pillows and blankets. The wifi is a bit slow but acceptable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The only flaw would be they should have stated clearly that the check-in is done in Santa's Hotel, which is in the city center, 10 minutes walk from the Santa Hostel Rudolf.

The distance between the place of check in and hostel is little bit far, it's inconvenient for the guests who carry heavy luggages.

It was such a bad experience!! Be caution that this motel is up the hill and it's so dangerous for you to walk up there everyday. (especially when snowing season). I pick this motel especially base on the price, I would say this is probably the cheapest you can get in the area, but I think you should totally avoid this because they NEVER clean your room no matter how long you stay. I understand that it's a motel but they don't even do your beddings, you need to do everything yourself and thats totally hassle. I think, if economic issue is the only concern, you should choose this one, if not, better walk away. And the staff that checks you in are not quite nice to me... ohh and also the check in place is like 20-30 minutes walk to the motel.

Guest house is clran only little bit far fm city bu walk around 10 minis. it acceptable. but with luggage in snow have little bit hard. Final this is a very nice area.

有公共廚房, 早餐晚餐都可以自己煮, 很方便. 房間整潔, 但沒有house keeping服務, 也沒有風筒, 共用的都沒有, 不太貼心.

旅館距離市中心近，附近就有購物商場跟超市，住宿環境安靜舒適，房間乾淨溫暖，價格也很划算！下次來一定會再選擇這裡！超推薦！

地方不是很難找，但是要到SANTA CLAUS HOTEL CHECK IN實在是很麻煩。大冬天的還要去那麼遠的地方。 房間比較小，LINEN不太乾淨 ，能看到污漬。 因為只是住一晚上，所以都OK了~~

Las camas no son lo mejor, el baño es amplio.

Great staff and tidy room

Henkilökunta oli hyvin kohteliasta ja mukavaa. Majoitus oli tosiaan sisäänkirjautumisesta toisaalla, mutta tämän tiesi eikä se haitannut. Lähtemisen kannalta oli helpompikin olla lähempänä rautatieasemaa. Huone oli pieni mutta ajoi asiansa. Pari töpseliä ei toiminut.
