Horaires restreint de la réception. La moquette des chambres a une odeur forte et la literie est creusée et peu confortable. Très en dessous de la moyenne pour un coût de nuitée supérieure à 200€ la nuit.

Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Es waren lediglich 2 Badetücher ausgelegt. Toilettenpapier gab es erst nach Nachfrage bei der Rezeption. Die Einrichtung war etwas abgewohnt. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr großzügig bemessen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht. Der Hund war gut untergebracht, im Zimmer.

De passage à Lyon ,une halte dans cet hôtel, calme et agréable

Apartment was old and run down. The gentleman and I use that term lightly at the front desk was pretty rude. Both times we went to talk to him. The women at the desk were very nice.

Staff were very friendly, room was extremely large so no complaints there. A bit more attention to housekeeping wouldn't go astray (cobwebs and dusty floors). Nearby Italian restaurant was amazing. Lovely place in a little corner of Lyon.

Calme, propre. Salle d'eau avec fenêtre et rideaux occultants efficaces.

The facility and room were nice. A couple of things to consider - it is out of the Lyon city center and takes a bit to get to. Also there are limited options for dining in the area. Construction was going on behind the hotel that started early so that was pretty disruptive, but not something in the hotel's control. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And there was a laundry right across the street!

Problème d’odeur d’égouts dans les parties communes

They offer secure, underground parking, which was fantastic for our motorbike. And the lift makes it really easy to get your luggage up from the parking. Check-in was easy. The room was a good size, and clean. The only let down was the air conditioning in room 201 didn't seem to work. It was on, at 18°c with the fan on full and the room didn't change temperature. In order to sleep, we had to open the balcony door which worked in bringing the temperature down. The downside to that is that i got 3 mosquito bites, and my body doesn't react well to them. There's plenty of places to eat nearby. If you need to was your clothes there's a launderette over the road.

Une nuit entre 2 journées de boulot, confort du lit excellent, Clim réglée,

tres bien , sauf petit bémol sur les oreillers qui sont trop durs.

Mise à part le pdj je n’ai à dire. Chambre propre, à propximite de la brasserie Oues

Bon séjour et très bon emplacement. Petit inconvénient ont a eu froid , le chauffage est très faible malgré qu’ont les mis à 30.

Très bon accueil Personnel très agréable et sympathique Facilité d’accès au centre historique de Lyon Le parking intégré à l’hôtel est un plus
