The hotel ia located right opposite to Gare Saint Charles train and metro station. A pleasant walk of 16 mins to the old port. Surrounding area is a bit dodge but doesn’t feel unsafe even walking alone at night. Breakfast is good.

飯店算蠻新的,但是房間氣味沒有很好,而且私人物品被偷,跟飯店櫃檯說之後也沒有要處理的意思,很令人失望！

I must return to this hotel if i go Marseille again as this is just next to metro n it takes u only 3 min from train station to hotel! And its a very new and chic hotel and the washroom is hugh n air con is the best in my 24 day Europe trip (as i stayed with 8 places) Every staff is helpful!

Front desk staff very helpful. The breakfast was very good.

They had a good breakfast buffet. I needed a chair in my room and the staff went out of their way to locate one for me.

The hotel has all up-to-date amenities, staff was extremely helpful and communicated easily in english which was a blessing as our French is not that good. Rooms are very tight but comfortable enough. Breakfast is appreciated as it allows you to get an early start to your day.

Clean room with the necessary amenities. Mathieu C. at reception was extremely helpful and always happy. He provided answers to all our questions, and gave suggestions as appropriate.

Pas fait de spa

Pommade douche, cachée toilettes mal placées. Sinon le localisation bien beaucoup trop de poussière, j’ai pas dormi de la nuit les coussins trop là c’est une cata!!!

Chambre bien équipée, salle de bain moderne, quelques marches en colimaçon à faire attention, près de la gare

L'ensemble du personnel est très accueillant et agréable. La parenthèse SPA sauna , hammam piscine est un vrai de atout d'havre de paix et de détente. Le petit déjeuner est une touche de saveurs varier. C'est un établissement a recommander

This was by far one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced. The area around the hotel is very poor—dirty, messy, and unsafe, with no secure parking available. We arrived in the early evening and were unable to find anywhere to have dinner, as there are no restaurants nearby. The front desk told us the hotel only offered snacks, but no menu was provided. Although there is a bar, when we tried to buy a beer, we were told to get it ourselves, and there was only one bottle available — they didn’t even offer to open it. The room was very dusty, and it was impossible to open the window due to the noise outside. For such a high price, the conditions are unacceptable. This is the worst value for money I have ever experienced in a hotel. I strongly do not recommend this establishment. C’est de loin l’une des expériences de séjour les plus décevantes que j’aie jamais eues. L’environnement autour de l’hôtel est très mauvais : sale, désordonné et peu sûr, sans parking sécurisé. Nous sommes arrivés en début de soirée et il nous a été impossible de trouver un endroit pour dîner, car il n’y a aucun restaurant à proximité. La réception nous a indiqué que l’hôtel proposait uniquement des snacks, mais aucun menu ne nous a été fourni. Bien qu’il y ait un bar, lorsque nous avons voulu acheter une bière, on nous a demandé d’aller la chercher nous-mêmes, et il n’y avait qu’une seule bouteille disponible — sans même nous proposer de l’ouvrir. La chambre était très poussiéreus

Right across the street from the train station. Very clean, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
