Personnels tres sympatique. Tres bon petits dejeuners. Chambres spacieuse et agreable. Tres bonne salle de bain. Je recommande cet etablissement.

Very Good Comfortable stay , very good size room with bath and toilet . Loads of place to park car/motorbikes ,but unfortunately parking is unpaved. Polite staff .

Stayed there for a ski week. Good location with close to the lift. Fantastic service and friendly staff. The standard rooms are somewhat small and the shower could have been better. A bigger bar would have been nice and also outdoor bar. The possibilities are there!

Bel hôtel très bien situé, personnel accueillant, piscine agréable, facilités multiples toute proche. Points d’amélioration: petit refresh à faire par endroit, service de petits-déjeuners mais pas de restaurant et pas de bar après 20h. Avis général: établissement qui vaut la peine et très belle station.

Amazing room - spa is very clean and a must after a day of skiing! Food in the restaurant was superb. All in all a fantastic stay!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour pour le nouvel an à lAlp'Hotel! L'hôtel est bien situé au centre de village, la chambre était spacieux et le balcon avec vue était très sympa. Personnel souriants et en bon humeur.

Tres bon emplacement. hotel a taille humaine Espace aquatique complet qui permet de bien se detendre apres le sport de la journee personnel agreable.

Séjour très agréable. Hôtel idéalement situé ! Un tout petit effort du personnel pour être plus jovial serait bienvenu.

Le personnel est très accueillant et aimable. L’emplacement parfait, une chambre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire et dans le style montagnard, plus une terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des produits frais et certains gâteaux faits maison. Seul tout petit bémol, un raccordement de sèche-cheveux hors usage. Mais cela est vraiment anecdotique.

Hôtel au top, très propre, bien situé avec piscine, hammam, sauna & Jacuzzi à volonté & presque pour nous tout seul ... très agréable après une journée de marche ! Sincèrement, une très belle adresse avec un personnel très accueillant. Je recommande fortement.

Alp hotels läge i La Clusaz är perfekt. Nära till allt. Om man inte orkar gå till liften stannar bussen precis utanför. Hotellet har en liten pool och bubbelpool samt bastu o hammam. Skönt efter en dag i pisten! Bra frukost, vänlig och informativ personal. Mycket mer "pang för pengarna" än jag väntade mig

Decent enough hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only real gripes were the restaurant which gave us our worst meal of the trip - They basically don’t do Vegetarian - it was so bad we had to send one of the meals back. The spare bed In the main room wasn’t really up to standard for a non couple, sharing a room. The spa and pool was a bit on small side, the Sauna had no light for 2 days, the shower temperature fluctuated from Cold to too hot - All relatively minor gripes, but we did pay a lot of money for it so expected a little better. We got overcharged at the end for things we hadn’t had which was sorted out pretty quickly but again just an irritant. Like I said, the staff were generally great - Particularly the Front of house - but a couple Of things could do with improvement.

Hotel bien situé pour la pratique des sports d'hiver.(2min du télésiège). Chambre "supérieure" spacieuse et bien chauffée, calme. Petit déjeuner très bon et complet avec même du jus d'orange pressé minute. Petit Spa (Piscine,hammam,sauna et Jacuzzi)super agréable après une journée en plein air. Stationnement à proximité payant (très cher partout dans le village, hormis un parking voiture en sortie de ville avec navette)
