The ski equipment rental shop and lockers are very convenient. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal too and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The rooms are basic and a bit dark but good for a ski hotel. One issue is that we needed to carry skis everywhere, as the hotel is a walk or bus ride from the slopes and ski lifts

Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, et le petit déjeuner est tout simplement royal. Une belle adresse où je reviendrai avec plaisir !

This hotel is modern with cool room design. It has two restaurants, one at the ground floor and one at the top, you can enjoy breakfast at one of them. The only complaint is the room has not enough lighting.

It's in a convenience location. I took a transfer bus from Geneva airport and arrived in the location in first drop-off. The single room is just enough, however, all facilities are well-equipped. Chamonix has a small downtown so everywhere is within walking distance.

The suite was clean but a bit worn in spots. Chipped finishes, scuffs. The lobby feels more like a mall entrance and post check-in there was little attention from the front desk staff. Breakfast and common areas are a bit of a madhouse. Lots of families and tourists from all over the world. Good location but I wouldn’t call it comfortable or give it 4 stars-

Only one elevator working. The hotel seems rundown and worn. Not my favorite stay for sure. Waited 10 minutes for elevators. No stairs. Everyone going to breakfast top floor made problem bigger. No thanks
