Good location to take tram to city ! Apartment is clean and bed is comfortable!

Everything about the experience was really nice - no complaints. Everything about the place itself was clean and in good working order. The front desk staff handled everything we needed regarding our stay quite well and with no problems. We did have a small issue concerning the bill and the front desk staff were not very helpful, but - when I spoke with the manager - she understood the issue and solved it very quickly and easily in a very professional manner. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent place for long (or short) stay with excellent facilities for the price. The rooms are good, and can feel more roomy when the bed is folded up. Kitchenette is well equipped for those who don't want to dine outside on a daily basis (although there are many restaurants within a short walking distance). Gym room, laundry, breakfast, snacks are on site.Capping the experience is a super friendly and helpful staff.

The Aparthotel was clean and having the flexibility with the kitchenette is an advantage. Breakfast was great and there were large games which children enjoyed.

Our stay was good. Train 5mn walk away. Nice restaurants near by. A nice bar near by but closed weekends.

Amazing long weekend, the apartment was lovely- clean, spacious, modern and had all of the things we needed as a family to make our visit as easy as possible; the staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again & recommend. Safe underground car park too.

From the moment we arrived we knew this was absolutely ideal for us three guys going racing the following day. Check-in was comfortable and easy. Rooms, a perfect size, clean and spacious. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else in future.

The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, which was a major plus. The staff surprised my sister with a thoughtful birthday treat, including chocolates and decorations, which was a lovely gesture. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and ample cutlery was very convenient, making our stay even more comfortable. Having two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the common room, was a nice touch. The elevator was a great convenience, especially when carrying luggage. However, there were a few downsides. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and tended to slide, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the exhaust in the apartment was not clean, and the washer was out of order for the entire duration of our stay, which was inconvenient. Cleaning is scheduled once a week so our room was not cleaned the whole time thst we were there. The parking cost 15 euros per day, but there was a free parking option outside from 9 pm to 9 am, which was helpful. However, please be aware that there was construction noise from 8 am to 5 pm, which might disturb your mornings. The location was approximately a 20-minute drive from the Eiffel Tower, which was manageable. The reception desk, however, seemed to be consistently empty, which made it challenging to seek assistance at times. Unfortunately, breakfast was not offered upon check-in, so I cannot provide feedback

The room was tidy, but not clean. The floors were unswept, kithen sink smelled terrible, sheets had a bad odor, pillows smelled like somebody's sweat (which I had to remove from bed because of sweat smell), clothes from previous guest was in closet, TV did not work ( talked to management but didn't do anything), 2 machines in gym did not work, there were no clean towels in gym and no water cups, and requested housekeeping but didn't get any because my stay was only 4 days. Honestly, very disappointed with my stay and would not stay here again. During my stay, I even heard other guests complain about different items at reception, which speaks about the poor management of this place.

Stayed for business. Great location for meeting clients at the nearby offices. Spacious serviced apartments.

Hotel staff were friendly but the room was dirty, we had no hot water for an evening and the beds were very uncomfortable with dirty mattresses.

Friendly staff and clean room Perfect for my stay

The hotel is in good condition. It's in a quiet neighbourhood. On bus route, but used taxis for convenience. We were hoping to get a large apartment with 2 bedrooms for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). We were initially given 2 rooms on different floors but this was resolved on the 2nd night with 2 rooms opposite to each other. The apartments were well equipped. Overall a good stay.

Fabulous hotel in a really pleasant neighbourhood. Convenient for public transport and ideal for event at Hippodrome de Longchamps. Friendly staff. Clean, well equipped rooms. Highly recommend.

It's a great space and affordable but if you are wanting to spend most of your time in Paris central area, it will take time (and money) to get there and back (45 min to 1 hour one way- longer during traffic hours).

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious for Paris and had everything I needed. I must have booked a disabled room which was fine except the kitchen counters were a lot lower than they would be in a standard room. Not 100% sure about the location, this was as close as I could get to where I needed to be during my stay as the French tennis finals were on and a lot of places were fully booked. The hotel has underground parking but the two nights I needed to park I found parking on the street right by the hotel which is free from 7pm each night to 8am the next morning on weekdays and free from 7pm Friday to 8am Monday.

No cleaning , staff were nice but overall the management was poor , the construction beside the property was ongoing all day , noisy and low comfort
