Great location and great room for the price. It was perfect for our family of 4.

Room where old ants all around the room !! Front staff were not helpful at all , will not stay again here !

Location to where we wanted to visit was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

That i have to wait 3 hours until check in time they should definitely have early check in options

Its very close to the expo center and the rooms are quite good for the price. The lobby could use some cleaning but good otherwise.

The unit is clean and it also has a kitchen. The staffs were nice and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast area except for that old black guy in the reception on september 24 2024 when we arrive at around 11 am. He is grumpy and speaks to me as if i just got out of the bush. He seems angry or just undermined my ethnic background. The management should speak to him. It is not right what he did. I stayed for few days and my wish is not to see him again.

The property could use some updating and air conditioning. The staff are absolutely amazing and went above and beyond, to help us with the busses and subway.

Nice hotel, in a good location about 8 mima from the nearest metro so well connected to the rest of Paris for sightseeing. Room was to a good standard and had all the amenities you could require in the kitchen etc.

Do not stay here. Everything is broken! The shower and bathroom sink has broken drains so could not shower for a day then finally had to just remove the drain stop to get it to drain. Sink was plugged, and had to wait until the next day for maintenance to fix it. The toilet filled really slow so you could only flush after several minutes (with a family of 4 this was though). The fan for the shower also broken. They said we could dial 9 to reach reception but the room has no phone in it! I would rather never go to Paris than have to stay here again. Do not recommend staying here.

The apartment was really comfortable and all the staff very kind, attentive and willing to help. Sometime you have to try out something and have your own experience instead of following negative reviews and I am glad I didn’t follow the negative reviews about this apartments. The transport link to this place is really good and is not too far from Eiffel Tower and the city centre.

This place is literally disintegrating. Our room had many parts made from particle board. It had clearly gotten wet and was just falling apart. The layout was nice and the idea is sound but the condition is shotty at best. The condition would have been disappointing at any price. Of course, being in Paris, the price is high and the value is in the location, not the room. Having said that, the hotel doesn't have much to recommend it. If you are in a pinch, Iike we were, then it will be fine. If you are expecting anything other than disappointment then keep looking.

All was good

I stayed at the apartments for a business trip. The first night I was uncomfortable and couldn't sleep but couldn't work out why. By the second night I realised that the bed was covered in bed bugs! I have been bitten all over my body which is very uncomfortable. I spoke to the man on reception and he couldn't care less about the situation. I am furious with the customer service. Avoid this hotel!!

Quite underwhelming. Flat and slow reception. No welcome as such, no apologies for keeping me waiting. Everything is ok, but nothing very positive. Room was "tired" and dated. A very small tv in the room. Message to hotel, come on guys smile now and again.....

I first want to thank the staff at the front desk who checked me in EARLY. I had flown into Paris from Austin Texas to Atlanta Georgia. In other words I had traveling for well over 16 hours at arrived at the hotel at 5 am needing a shower and a chance to change into my work clothes for my work day that started in 2 hours. The hotel checked me without hesitation or a charge. This really made a difference in my stay!

Condition of some parts could be better. Toilet needed updating as did bathroom. Bath panel was broken and randomly a screwdriver was left on the towel rail. Perhaps in case it fell off. Vanity unit was in poor condition. Otherwise a good sized apartment. Had all we needed. Good value in an expensive city.
