Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in.
Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer.
It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works.
Overall speaking, booking a room with kitchenette with less than €100 is value for money.

We stayed in a apartment with 2 bedrooms, full equipped kitchenette and a bathroom/toilette, balcony.
Excellent location, near by the train station of Toulouse, and also the metro station Jeanne d'arc is just 3 minute on foot. Highly recommend this hotel.

Très bel hôtel, avec une équipe accueillante et un très bon confort. Nous n’avons toutefois pas reçu la boisson incluse dans la réservation. Le surclassement et l’arrivée anticipée ont été appréciés. En revanche, le quartier nous a malheureusement déçus : il était peu propre et ne nous a pas semblé sécurisé, avec de nombreuses personnes alcoolisées dans la rue. Même si l’hôtel était excellent, nous ne reviendrons pas en raison de l’environnement extérieur.

Easy to get to from the train station.
Check in was very slow. Our room wasn't ready and noone amongst the many staff seemed to be in charge.
The room was excellent.
A cleaner banged on our door half an hour before check out wanting to clean the room.
The promised free drink never materialised.

L’équipement de cuisine déficient. Plusieurs items manquants par rapport à la liste fournie. Il serait bon de spécifier quel’on peut accéder au stationnement avant de s’enregistrer, comme nous l’a mentionné la réceptionniste à notre arrivée après lui avoir fait part de la difficulté à se garer pour aller à la réception.

We arrived and couldn’t safely get out and when we pulled over and blocked traffic the closed parking garage door would not open and the property sent instructions much later than arrival. We chose this property because parking was available and could not access, had to pay for another accommodation. Very unhappy and weary traveler. We asked for a refund and the hotel refused to make any exception even without us ever gaining access to the room.
