The welcoming was great. Nice team working there. The apartment was exactly what i was expecting. It was great to stay here.

The bathroom sink was blocked which made the entire unit stink. Was unpleasant to stay in.

Highly recommended.

Location - easy to access amenities - no kettle in the room. gym is good, but lack of maintenance (In general the hotel/building faculty is lack of maintenance). Overall - average Value for money - average

these people are scammers they stole money from my credit card after we was told to pay the full price in cash at the property

You get what you pay for. The reception was welcoming and smart and the room was huge. Plenty space for all 5 of us. But it was rather grim. Mouldy walls, side hanging off the bath, ants everywhere, rather grimy. Dated would be an understatement. We didn’t stay in it other than to sleep. The neighbourhood was nice with a choice of places for dinner within a short walk. We chose an excellent Italian place. The hotel breakfast was in a pleasant refurbished room. I wouldn’t have spent full price for it but the guy on the desk offered us a deal when we checked in.

Oky not good.no lissan what costomet want .chack in 3pm me my wife and my 2 san waiting 2 hour 30 minets.not even 3 minets before. I request them f4/5 times every times anser chack in 3pm. No WIF

The AC would not heat the room. Many broken doors. The door of the bathroom would not close. Walls were dirty balconies were dirty with tones of cigaretts bugs on the floor. I was told half the way through we were assigned the wrong appartment. The alternative was worse since there was water leaking. The landry room was out of service and all I was told was that they did not know when it would be fixed. Google map saved me by finding one not far. Would not recommend.

Disaster Hotel, The staff ain't nice, the Director is a very mean and cheapskate woman, I asked for an Iron 3 times and every time I got told the hotel had only 3 !!!!! and they did not know where to find them. I had to tell them to go buy some in a store, unbelievable. Only great thing was the shuttle service from the hotel to my customer site in the ZA and back., The guys were really nice. I strongly advise against that hotel, you will NOT enjoy your stay. (also wifi was distastrous)

They either need to have better WiFi or stop charging for the awful one they have. Rooms need some updates and repairs.

For your price it's ok not maintained as a hotel not enough your service but I m happy for your service

The room and the hotel were not upto even 2 star standard at all So not a good hotel

This hotel is located outside Paris close to Versailles and St. Quentin. The location itself is a little bit lonesome. So don't expect to get some restaurants in a walk-by distance (exept you like Japanese as such cousine is located directly at the hotel. Nevertheless the hotel is in a safe place, so nothing to worry about. The hotel itself was in a very good shape (looks almost new) and very clean. The room was well equipped with a little kitchenette, so it is no problem if you want to cook your own dinner. The facility also comprises a gym, but we had no time to use it. There was a fee for parking the car, but we used it as it was within the fence of hotel. If your destination is Versailles and surroundings it is perfect, if you intend to go to downtown Paris in the morning add minimum one hour traffic jam during the week.

front desk very helpful Room was a bit aged, desk chair broken, need some fresh paint or wall washing, but it was functional for us. there is a nest of rats by the dumpster which were entertaining, (note to management, this should be dealt with) to but it was the best priced hotel in the area that could accommodate a family of 6. the train to Paris is about 5 minute drive to reach and the train is about a twenty 5 minutes to city center

Hotel was just as other reviews had stated. Residential area. Away from restaurants or sights, but good price. Hotel in good shape, but the elevator was out when we stayed there. Had to lug our bags up 4 floors.
