Me encantó el servicio, sobre todo la amabilidad de la persona del desayuno y lis recepcionistas Amador y Sifex. Los primeros días mi habitación estuvo impecable. Sin embargo, los últimos dos días cambiaron a la persona de limpieza, y las cosas empezaron a fallar. El segundo dia Ella nos dijo que era tarde (1 PM) y que no limpiaría la habitación aunque en recepción nos aseguraron que sí lo harían. La última noche. Llegamos a las 10 p.m. de un tour y la cama no estaba hecha; solo habían puesto el cobertor encima. Además, no teníamos jabón líquido ni champú.

The hotel itself was quaint and nice. Unfortunately, the shower converter did not work, and also the heating rack did not work. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, the gentleman indicated that he would have someone look at it the next day. When we returned the following day from, touring the city, the gentleman indicated that he had forgotten to have someone look at it. Also, there is no coffee in the room and only available in the lobby or at the breakfast for a charge.
