Like: Location is near the station. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable and toilet is clean. Dislike: the shower water is too weak in the bath room (1/f) and the hot water will suddenly change to cold water... Bad experience: We are a family of 4 (with two kids, 12 and 9), booked and fully paid online for 6 nights before accommodation for a 3-people room which has an extra large double bed and a single bed. The double bed is far more enough for 3 people of us. However, on the second morning, reception staff said due to policy and insurance, the room cannot be used by 4 people. We are requested to book for a single room for the forth person. We explained that since we were searching for 3-people room (as not many hotels have family room for 4) since some hotels allow kids not occupying bed to live in but we did not aware this hotel is strictly forbidden. We agreed to upgrade to 4-people room but due to unavailability, we have to pay for one night for a single room (charged at E$74) and 4 nights (E$30 per night) for the difference of upgrading to a 4-people room. Bad experience, need to pay extra, pack luggage and move room during the stay. The front desk staff handling our case is cool and her attitude is unfriendly and a bit arrogant.

My experience was very nice and I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and neat, and it was conveniently located near the train station, so getting around was quite easy. There were also nice restaurants nearby.

实际是一个家庭旅馆，连空调都没有，卫生间小到像飞机的卫生间。地址、照片全部是假的。

非常舒適的酒店！像回到家一樣，床鋪很舒適很乾淨，窗簾遮光很好，房間隔音非常好，有兩道門可以隔開廁所和正門，兩道窗戶，完全聽不到外面聲音，可以真正享受休息。廁所也很乾淨，衛浴用品很好，毛巾乾淨。重點酒店職員非常非常幫到忙和友善！！會向朋友推薦這酒店！！

Excellent hôtel, le personnel aimable, accueillant. Climatisation bien appréciable avec 33 degrés à Paris. Je recommande malgré que le prix de la chambre est bien élevé pour 1 nuit.

Globalement mon séjour a été très agréable. Cependant j’ai deux observations à faire : - 25 cl d’eau minérale à 3,50 € me semble extrêmement cher - le collaborateur de l’accueil devrait être plus détendu ce qui lui permettrait de sourire un peu. Mais encore une fois mon appréciation globale est très positive.

部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。 日本人としては湯船に浸かれることも嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方々がいつも笑顔で対応してくださいました。チェックインの説明も語学があまりできない私達にも翻訳機を使って説明してくださいました。 今回の旅行で一番ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。 またパリに行くときにはぜひ利用したいです。

Staff we’re really accommodating

Breakfast options were available and the highest priced option (18 euros) buffet style included scrambled eggs, hot tea, coffee or hot chocolate, croissants, yogurts, fruit (chopped) to make your own fruit bowl, breads and thinly sliced warm ham or cold was hearty. Rooms are small but very clean and walk in shower was spacious, clean and modern - good pressure & hot water fast. Note: bring your own wash cloth! They provide bath towels and large towels for bathing that are very heavy (when wet). That’s the European way! Will stay at this hotel if we make it back to Paris - good restaurants just a few minutes walk away and Gare Saint Lazare train station, a 3-4 minute walk away. English speaking front desk staff was very helpful.

スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。部屋の洗面台に大きな引き出しがあり収納がたっぷり出来た。洗面ボウルも幅広い。空調もコントロールできて良かった。 ただ、一泊目布団カバーの特徴的な汚れがあって次の日交換されているかと思ったが、ひっくり返してあるだけだったのが残念。
