Like: Location is near the station. Room is spacious, beds are comfortable and toilet is clean. Dislike: the shower water is too weak in the bath room (1/f) and the hot water will suddenly change to cold water... Bad experience: We are a family of 4 (with two kids, 12 and 9), booked and fully paid online for 6 nights before accommodation for a 3-people room which has an extra large double bed and a single bed. The double bed is far more enough for 3 people of us. However, on the second morning, reception staff said due to policy and insurance, the room cannot be used by 4 people. We are requested to book for a single room for the forth person. We explained that since we were searching for 3-people room (as not many hotels have family room for 4) since some hotels allow kids not occupying bed to live in but we did not aware this hotel is strictly forbidden. We agreed to upgrade to 4-people room but due to unavailability, we have to pay for one night for a single room (charged at E$74) and 4 nights (E$30 per night) for the difference of upgrading to a 4-people room. Bad experience, need to pay extra, pack luggage and move room during the stay. The front desk staff handling our case is cool and her attitude is unfriendly and a bit arrogant.

My experience was very nice and I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and neat, and it was conveniently located near the train station, so getting around was quite easy. There were also nice restaurants nearby.

实际是一个家庭旅馆，连空调都没有，卫生间小到像飞机的卫生间。地址、照片全部是假的。

非常舒適的酒店！像回到家一樣，床鋪很舒適很乾淨，窗簾遮光很好，房間隔音非常好，有兩道門可以隔開廁所和正門，兩道窗戶，完全聽不到外面聲音，可以真正享受休息。廁所也很乾淨，衛浴用品很好，毛巾乾淨。重點酒店職員非常非常幫到忙和友善！！會向朋友推薦這酒店！！

the bath can hardly use, water always flow on the floor when shower. The toilet is extremely clean. The supporting services is good, like luggage keeping service, umbrella borrow service. And the room have water boiler and safe locker.

Hôtel et personnel toujours aussi agréable. Seul petit bémol, chambre 622 le radiateur de la salle de bains est sous dimensionné (petit sèche serviette) et il fait froid dans sdb. Un radiateur souffalnt ou un peu olus puissant serait la bienvenue. Sinon tout est parfait

We were only at the Atlantic Hotel for one night, but we were very impressed by the decor both in the lobby area and in the bedroom. For a 3 star hotel, this is a very attractive hotel with nice people in the reception. We were on our way to Giverny at 8:15AM, and this hotel is about a 3 minute walk to the Gare Saint Lazare that has trains going to Giverny. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we had to meet up with or tour group.

La chambre et les équipements correspondent à ce que nous pensions, la literie est parfaite. Par contre, nous avons été déçus car dans les conditions générales de l'hôtel c'était indiqué qu'ils acceptaient les chèques vacances, et quelle ne fût pas notre surprise, du refus catégoriques de ces chèques !!
