We loved our stay at Babel Belleville. Out of the tourist path but still easy to access the rest of the city (2 minutes to the nearest metro!) it is an ideal location for those who want a more authentic neighborhood experience. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated and we appreciated the gorgeous Babel toiletries. Our only complaint is that one morning a fire alarm went off - we rushed out of our room with a group of other panicked guests to the reception who didn’t even look up. We asked what was going on and whether we should be exiting and they said “I think it’s a test”. It was disappointing to not have been told this would be happening (if it was true) and to be treated with such nonchalance when we were still in our PJs and bare feet. Otherwise would definitely recommend.

Nicely styled boutique hotel. Excellent bakery around the corner. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance (Mostly asian). Only surprise was that there was no tv in the room. But didnt miss it because there was enough to do.

Nära metro och många restauranger i området. Rent och bra service. Dusch med genomskinlig dörr var mindre bra. Ingen TV på rummet. Om man hade rum mot gatan kunde man höra det livliga nattlivet utanför.

Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas la hauteur des 19 euros, très très peu de choix( ni croissant, pain au chocolat, oeufs..)sans parler du café qui est mis dans un percolateur. Lexpresso du bar n'est compris dans le prix, une honte.

This may have been our favorite hotel room in a long while, and certainly the best in our two week trip across France. The room was beautifully decorated and every little thing was thought of. Not much storage to be had in the room, but it was so great otherwise that we didn’t have even mind that. It’s a great location (2 minute walk to the metro and within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants and a great view of the Eiffel Tower). Staff was great. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it smelled delicious.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber vor allem sehr laut bis 1 Uhr nachts. Die Fenster müssen schlecht abgedichtet sein, so laut wie es war. Die Essensauswahl war arg begrenzt. Die Croissants waren Discounterquali. Etwas schockierend, dafür dass man in einem Hotel in der Hauptstadt Frankreichs ist. Das Dekor ist angenehm, MitarbeiterInnen freundlich.

Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü oteldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Resepsiyonda çalışan Stefona isimli çalışan, otel misafirlerine hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmuyor ve kötü davranıyor. Birisi bu arkadaşa otelde çalıştığını ve insanlara yardımcı olması gerektiğini anlatmalı. Fazla film izlemiş gibi bir hali var. Kendini film yıldızı sanıyor. Kendisinden ütü istedik, ütüyü vermek istemedi. Oda servisi zaten yok, tabak ve servis istedik, bu da yok. Odalarda buzdolabı yok. Belirtilen kahve makinesi de yok. Odalar zaten çok küçük. Duş kapısı camdan ve hiçbir özel anın kalmıyor. Saçma sapan bir oteldi. Çalışanlar fevkalade ukala. Hiçbir şekilde tavsiye etmiyorum.

Jeg og min tenåringsdatter trivdes veldig godt på Babel Belleville. Hotellet er gjennomført i en veldig sjarmerende stil, rolig og avslappende.
Det var litt støy fra gaten på kvelden, men det finnes ørepropper på rommet. Det var litt lite plass til våre eiendeler, og vi fikk aldri nytt drikkevann på rommet, men husket heller aldri å be om mer. Jeg opplevde dessverre å få mitt kredittkort stengt etter at jeg brukte det usikrede gjestenettverket ved kjøp av billetter, bare en advarsel til andre naive gjester (dette var min feil - ikke hotellets).
