Très joli petit hôtel en plein centre-ville, et bien au calme

Parfait! Personnel aux petits soins

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Baud for two nights over New Year’s Eve, and it was truly a delightful experience. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect space to unwind after a long day. The hotel offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the reception staff, who kindly waited for our arrival even though the reception was scheduled to close at 2 PM—a gesture we deeply appreciated. If we find ourselves in the area again for a skiing trip, we will definitely return to Hotel Baud. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality!

Accueil et petit déjeuner exceptionnels

This hotel was great. Family room was very spacious. Bed and towels were high level. Staff was above and beyond. A couple of spiders around the room I had to deal before sleeping due to the high allergy level my daughter has but normal for a room above a river immersed in nature. We unfortunately expected to try the restaurant on Sunday evening but it closes on Sundays. This hotel was a nice surprise after had to cancel the two previous hotels due to hygiene issues (apparently a very common issue in Europe, as it seems most of locations charge a fortune and show no respect to their customers). I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to avoid the chaos of Geneva and its surroundings after a day of visiting.

A lovely quiet place on a stream. Rooms are well outfitted, we only w er e here one night, but definitely would stay here again.

Un peu trop cher pour les types de chambres. Menu restaurant imposé et pas de choix de carte!

Les serveurs sont très très prétentieux et hautains. Les chambres sont très old school Et il y a manifestement un vrai problème d’organisation et de communication entre les clients et le personnel j’ai du réclamer plusieurs fois ma facture et normalement tout était payé et ils m’ont rappeler pour payer alors qu’on m’a dit que tout était deja régler.

Chaleur étouffante et pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Un 4 étoiles... étonnant non?

Bel hôtel bien situé, suite spacieuse bien agencée située au deuxième étage sans ascenseur qui mériterait un système de climatisation lors des fortes chaleurs. Très bon accueil et joli jardin en bord de rivière, cadre très agréable . Bon petit déjeuner.

Bildene svarte ikke til virkeligheten. Hotellet var slitt, lå i en trafikkert gate på et lite sjarmerende sted. Hotellet er priset altfor høyt i forhold til standarden. Det burde hatt 3 stjerner, langt fra et 4 stjerners hotell.
