I prefer a human check-in but the automated system was simple

We arrived at the hotel around 12:20 am, but unfortunately, the gate to the property was closed. It took us over an hour to find a way to enter. Once we managed to get in, we encountered further issues with the self-check-in process as my code did not work. Eventually, I found a way to contact a person at the B&B because nobody from Expedia was responding to me. It turned out to be a terrible experience overall. To make matters worse, we couldn't get any sleep during the night. The person in the room behind us was snoring loudly, the neighboring room had a barking dog, and to top it all off, we could hear a couple arguing nearby. It was an incredibly frustrating and sleepless night.

Ideal location for a stop over, good parking nice basic hotel, all you could ask for.

Very good Considering lockdown. Coffee Machine not working but nice receptionist made me a coffee. Nice room very comfortable.

I was unable to check in as Expedia failed to give me the check in number. Had to book another hotel with another broker

Very small room for 2people. Bathroom, nowhere to place your wash bag, one towel hook, no safety bar in the shower against slipping, no soap holder.

Location mid way between Calais and St Tropez Very easy to find.

Good budget friendly option. 15 min walk to restaurants in town centre. Good parking and convenient.

As usual the stay was good . Staff very friendly. Clean & tidy . The dog was welcome & only 4€ . Location just off a6 so convenient. With secure parking. We ate at the ibis next door which was also good.

THEY REFURBISHED THE HOTEL VERY NICE BUT THEY PUT THE SAME FLOORING IN THE BATHROOM AS IN THE BEDROOM.THIS FLOORING WHEN HAVING CONDENSATION ON IT IS TREACHEROUS.MY WIFE FOUND THIS OUT SHE SLIPPED AND BROKE HER ARM ON THE 30/07/2018 IN THE BATHROOM.SHE IS NOW DISABLED FOR AT LEAST EIGHT WEEKS.SURELY A NON SLIP SURFACE SHOULD BE IN THE BATHROOM.AFTER THIS INCIDENT I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN THE B&B HOTELS.

Upon arrival, they did not have our pre-booked pay-at-hotel reservation. After speaking with manager and showing her confirmation email, she found us a room. It was bare minimum on towels and bath products, but was comfortable enough. The air conditioning was broken in our room and was not easy to get in touch with anyone for another room. Front desk has very limited hours and main office is in Paris. When we called, operator tried 2 numbers to reach local "owner" without success. We were told to be at front desk between 5p-8p or try calling back; this was not easy to do since we were planning to be out and about the entire day and didn't want to be obligated to drive back to hotel at a certain time. Plus, no one wants to be held on the phone while vacationing. Note: All staff was friendly and helpful when we did have contact. 10 minute walk to town which was really convenient. Cute town; mixed reviews on the friendliness of people that worked at shops and restaurants though - most were tourist friendly while others were not. Patriarche wine tasting was fabulous, friendly, and affordable!

Tres bon sejour . Seul point negatif quand nous sommes arrivés le numero de reservation n etait pas bon don j ai du appele l assistance pour avoir notre chambre , problem resolu rapidement . Aussi notre chambre avait une odeur desagreable ,la personne de la reception nous en a donner une autre .2eme probleme resolu . Face a ses problemes tout s est bien passé, le personnel tres a l ecoute et tres agréable.

Arrivée à l’hôtel de nuit on m’avait transmis un numéro de chambre et code qui a été fourni à une autre personne donc ma chambre était occupé mais le personnel de nuit a su gérer le problème

Requête en amont satisfaite, accueil parfait. Je recommande grandement cet hotel.

Déception, car chambre triple pour une famille est non conforme au descriptif sur le site, donc inadaptée pour une famille (1 chaise, 1 place pour 1 valise très moyenne, 1 support de serviette, peu de place, etc.) Et ce qui est vraiment INADMISSIBLE : la chambre est une passoire thermique; car la fenêtre n'est pas étanche : avec un vent inférieur à 10 km/h il y avait un vent très froid dans la chambre directement sur le lit double situé à 30 cm de la fenêtre (- 3°C à l'extérieur), qui passait au travers et en-dessous du rideau très fin !!!
