Quiet and cosy

Nice and clean room

Stayed in family room. The area "upstairs" was very hot. Needs aircon or a ceiling fan.

Very clean. Very good value for money

They communicated so well we loved the stay. The videos helped so much we slepped very comfortable. I'm definitely coming back

You get what you pay for - a comfy bed, a warm shower & no frills. Also very clean. All I missed was a hairdryer but no biggy

We had a one night stay here because our flight was taking off the airport nearby. Beds are comfortable, the room was a little bit too small.

Simple stopover on journey to airport, but clean and comfortable and just what was needed after a long journey. Exactly what we needed

I like staying in b&b nice stuff helped us and cleaning stuff good just need more items in breakfast otherwise everything good I stayed aging

Easy to check in and out

We checked in after hours. Was sent an email giving us our after hour code. Pffff, the code did not work at first. We contacted the night person. They acted like we were bothering them! It was 23h00 and the night person finally come down and assist us ... AN HOUR LATER! This was after a few conversations with them. I stood there with 3 kids and a dog for 1 hour ... late at night ... for this person to sort out our problem. Hotel facilities and location are great. Night service person is terrible!!!

The room was small, and no ac , room was very warm

We booked a family room for one night and were pleased with an upstairs loft for the kids and a downstairs for the adults. The star was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and there were several good dining options close by. A god choice for a stop at Beauvais airport.

Okay so its 4 stars for me only because its a little outdated in some areas. But if you want a clean very comfortable bed with not frills i would highly recommend this hotel. I normally stay in a hotel that is 3 x the price in the same area..... i ask for what now. Definitely will stay again.

The check in is ridiculous the booth does nit work well no assistance what so ever

Did the job. Clean and allowed us to rest up before our flight. The gate was closed and locked upon arrival, we didn’t have a gate code. The self check in feature was seamless. If you arrive outside business hours, request the gate code to park on location!

When we arrived the receptionist asked me how I would like to pay, I said we had already paid via hotels.com months ago. She insisted this was just a reservation and no payment had been made. I showed the receipt for the payment, she still wasn’t having any of it. I had to show my bank account with the amount leaving my bank and she still didn’t accept. It took about 30 minutes of her on and off of the phone to a colleague until she said “ok here’s your key” no apology. I read reviews on another review site and this has happened to 3 other British people so I feel they are trying to get people to pay twice.

Close-ish to the airport but expensive to ride share there in the early morning. Very clean and the view of the French countryside was nice. Great option for 4 people because they offer lofts with twin beds.
