Previously we sayed next door in 3 Etoiles, which turned out to be better than this 4 etoiles. Although the bathroom was an upgrade, that was the only upside. We booked a 2 bed room, however the second single bed resembled a put u-up and wasn't even made up. The room was cold, the heating controls weren't working or able to be controlled and although the Hotel was quiet, you could hear every car that drove past as we were adjacent to the road. We stayed twice in recent times in B&B etoile 3 and much preferred the ambiance an quietness. Both have access to a very large car park and both are positioned close to vaious restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Definiteley not 4* hotel. Good for late night sleep before taking le shuttle or ferry. Not the cleanest and not smell the best overall, but can’t expect too much from B&B hotel.. Slept in Executive Suite which has robes, complimentary soft drinks and snacks in fridge, coffee machine and kettle (kettle defo needs good clean- I wouldn’t use it). I don’t think I’d stay again.

Great place to stay near the channel tunnel also very dog friendly. Good options for food there or nearby

Very clean and good

I visit on a regular basis and I am never disappointed. Very friendly staff and very clean environment. The staff all speak in English to the visitors from England.

Had all we needed for a stop off very close to Eurotunnel.

My kids loved being back in the hotel after a few years staying nearby. It's so handy for shops, restaurants and the Channel Tunnel.

Good for a quick stay next to the euro tunnel

This hotel, in which I have stayed many times in the past has gone completely downhill. When we arrived (We booked 2 suites for myself and partner and my brother and sister in law. The card/keys we were given did not work on either door, so I had to go back to reception to get a replacement, this also did not work so I had to go back a third time before this problem was sorted out. There was an empty mini bar in both rooms which I reported. Some half hour later the intended contents were brought to both our rooms on trays. The floor in my room was soaking wet and there were just 2 coffee pods available in the on site machine. The television in my Brother in law's room did not work and would not turn on. I again went to reception whereupon the reception person came to his room, took out the batteries and fiddled with them, returning them to the remote, whereupon the television started working. we went out for the day and returned quite late. My brother in law tried to turn on the TV which again did not work, we just gave up asking and he spent the rest of the evening with no television at all. My brother in law tried to use the coffee machine which swallowed the pod and spewed plain water onto the floor. The breakfast was awful, no more sausages, fried eggs, etc., which we enjoyed before, just overcooked inedible fatty bacon and rubbery scrambled eggs, we left hungry. The following day we refused breakfast and went out to eat. This was a ''treat'' for my birthday. DISGUSTING

Hotel is close to Eurotunnel and has plenty of parking that feels secure so suits my needs. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Rooms spacious and well equipped

The staff are exceptional especially the cleaner as she helped my disabled wife to the car and to the receptionist in hotel 4 who went to great trouble to get my wife near the lift

Clean and comfortable property. Good amenities and staff were friendly. Would stay again. The air con in the room could have been better (the room was not cold enough despite being on the lowest setting).

The motorway was literally 3 feet from our ground floor window. Traffic noise all night. No A/C & no fans. Stagnant hot muggy night. The 1 window in the room couldn’t be left open because the street was right there! Ridiculously overpriced. Outside has weeds & overgrown shrubbery everywhere. Looks nothing like the photos. Remote & tv not working. We stayed just 1 night & won’t be back. The ladies at the front desk were friendly though.

We stayed here last year and the room was not up to standard, the hotel was also like a police station. I left a bad review, and the management apologised and asked for another chance. What a difference this year, great room back to the way it used to be, great service from the staff. Thanks I would certainly recommend it and use it again. Ps. Maybe just clean up the area at the entrance from the car park.
