My wife got sick in the middle of the night and I called the resident manager who arrived promptly with needed supplies and the next morning personally escorted us to the local doctor...above and beyond the call of duty.!!
Food in restaurant was outstanding.

We had some trepidation about staying here given some of the negative comments others have written, but could not have been pleased more with our stay. The room was more than adequately large, dinner was delicious, a lovely and filling (self service) breakfast, and very attentive and helpful staff. There was also a lovely heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. It was in easy walking distance of the Laguiole knife and cutlery factory which is well worth a visit

I guess because of COVID there weren't any amenities at all, just a liquid soap/shampoo, nothing individual, no hard soap, no shower cap, etc. Just a basic room. Not even a refrigerator. Good location though.

Un hôtel très bien situé et très confortable
L'accueil y est chaleureux et agréable. Les repas au restaurant très bons avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les petits dej au top. Espace aquatique parfait pour la détente.
Petit plus pour les actions de bienfaisances que propose l'hôtel (octobre rose, cagnotte pour les assos, récupérations de déchets...) Bravo! Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de bornes ou de prises électriques pour notre voiture électrique.
On demandé à l'accueil et on ne nous a même pas indiqué les bornes publiques sur le parking à quelques centaines de mètres.

Ville agréable, hôtel très agréable et adapté pour les enfants avec un espace dédié pour eux lors des repas.
Un petit parc est accolé à l'hôtel.
La piscine est très sympa avec un toboggan.
Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et disponible.
En terme de repas, nous avons testé le dîner et les plats étaient très bons. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et pour tous les goûts.

De l'accueil, à la chambre, au confort, au silence, au petit déjeuner, à la restauration, au personnel, tout est excellent, un endroit dans lequel je regrette de ne pas être restée plus longtemps. On a beaucoup apprécié la mise en avant des produits locaux, breuvages et mets, personnel adorable. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel
