Not so attractive from outside but very nice, modern and comfortable inside.

Staff were excellent, a conference had just finished as we arrived and it would have been been easy to have overlooked new arrivals but the staff were excellent and ensured we were looked after well. The restaurant on site was good and offered reasonable food, bar had great selection and room enabled a good nights sleep comfortable bed.

The staff, all grades, merit serious applause as very cordial in a way that is refreshingly genuine… Otherwise very well arranged large operational groundfloor. Highly recommended

The staff were genuine and always wanted to help make our stay special. The accessible room was the bedt we have had in twenty years. Brilliantly subtle in the same style as other rooms. It felt luxurios and not at all adapted. Yet the key requirements were met with style

Just a one night stay at the BW in Rouen. Warm welcome, great ambiance, super helpful staff, good food options, lovely and clean and a great family room which surpassed our expectations! A real find :) Definitely deserves the 9.4 rating!

A lovely tidy little apartment

Good hotel. Staff helpful and rooms well appointed. Good night sleep. Hotel location a little out of the way and area around run down.

The spa was a very nice added extra

Cozy room with friendly staff. Breakfast was great, and the room was clean.

A comfortable modern hotel with excellent staff and dog friendly. We were impressed by the helpful receptionist at check in who volunteered to carry our luggage from our car to our room. Our dog was welcome in both bar and restaurant. There was ample surface parking. Breakfast was good but we were not impressed by the food served when we ate dinner in the restaurant. It was just O.K. but did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel. On the whole this was a very nice hotel and we would happily stay again.

Friendly welcome and we were given an upgrade to an apartment, which was very comfortable.. Disappointed with the location and limited food offering at dinner for an out of town location. Air-conditioning was not on as mini heatwave not expected and the apartment was hot!. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection, including freshly made scrambled eggs/bacon,fruit salad and pastries/ cheeses. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Great hotel with great staff

Very welcoming staff, got an up graded room . Very clean and airy. Only negative is the restaurant as it is partnered with a outside caterer and food is just reheated and very small portions so not good value! Would stay there again !!

A beautifully clean, modern hotel. Incredibly comfortable bed. Everywhere felt clean and looked after. Easy parking right outside the hotel. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food and drinks in hotel restaurant not expensive and good quality. Didn’t have the time to experience the spa but will definitely come back. Had a brilliant stay.

Very nice, clean, modern property. Rooms modern, comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was very nice too, with good quality consumables. My only negative experience was with the night staff member. I was totally ignored by this member of staff at check-in, I was standing at front desk waiting to be served. The staff member was busy on the computer and didn’t even want to give me eye contact. After a few minutes of waiting at the front desk I decided to speak to him. I didn’t understand what he said but he still didn’t want to serve me and continued gazing confused at his computer. I decided to leave and come back later—I came back after a quick visit to a local McDonald’s. Very bad check-in experience!

Fabulous hotel, very clean and friendly friendly and efficient staff. Room was comfortable and the bathroom has a great shower.
