博斯科洛尼斯酒店及Spa

The hotel lobby and room decorations are simple in terms of 5 star Hotel. I can’t say it’s bad but I don’t like it. Location is perfect.

酒店一般。不值這個價格。酒店外面有大型工程，天天十分吵。酒店走廊燈光十分恐怖（藍色暗光），膽小客人要認真考慮是否入住。

劣質服務態度，酒店有點殘舊，門匙壞了大半天都沒有人來維修，每次開門要等15分鐘取鎖匙、要求更換房間被拒，原本住四晚，不滿之下由4晚減為3晚。浪費已給一晚的房價。酒店沒有致歉。

It was an average hotel 3 star

Beautiful environment. All aspects of this property were tastefully executed. Including food & drink.

We arrived on the 20th, once we got back from dinner we called down to reception as there was a bad sewage smell in the room. Nothing was actioned and no one came to the room and we ended up falling to sleep with the light on. We then mentioned it again when leaving the hotel in the morning of the 21st. We got back to the hotel in the early afternoon and the smell was still awful. When had then planned to go to the beach that states is included on the hotels website. The reception team then tried to charge us €80. We were outraged by this and the smell of the room that we asked to speak to the manager. He clearly didn’t understand what we were saying but offered us to swap rooms. This is not ideal when we want to relax and had completely unpacked. We are only staying one extra night so this didn’t seem like a fair solution to the problem and also … didn’t address the fact we had already complained about it TWICE. Not at all happy.

Excellent Belle Epoque Hotel with outstanding reception service including Miriam. Perfect location in up market shopping and semi residential area, and well within walking distance of old Nice tourist sites (like a hotel near Bond St London area).

Muy lindo hotel. Tiene problemas de drenaje el baño. Pero nos cambiaron de habitación. Está muy bien el hotel

This property was nice but not worth the price

I wouldn’t consider this a five star hotel. We spent over $1k per night and compared to the Anantara (a four star hotel) this was definitely not worth it. The carpets in the hallways were stained, the headboard of our room was dirty, the terrace was super small. The shower was incredibly loud and the water temperature was never consistent.

Beautiful hotel will excellent staff

Un bel hôtel, idéalement situé, propre et soigneusement entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Malheureusement, j’ai dû écourter mon séjour d’une nuit suite à un accident ayant entraîné une fracture du poignet. Bien que ma réservation ne soit pas annulable, l’hôtel a spontanément proposé de me rembourser la dernière nuitée. Un geste d’une grande élégance que nous avons énormément apprécié. Merci à toute l’équipe pour leur bienveillance.

The hotel is in a great location in centre of town and just short walk to the beach. However, considering we paid over $900 CDN per night (August, so likely an increase due to high season) this hotel is not worth the value for money. The room was tight and oddly designed. When you walk into the room you are essentially in the shower and sink area of the bathroom.There isn’t a door between this area and the bedroom. There was no storage area in the bathroom, just an Ikea type shelf that looked well used. The mini fridge was not plugged in so everything was warm and when we plugged it in, hours later we found that it didn't work anyways. The area where they served breakfast smelled so bad that we had to eat outside. This hotel looks very pretty on the outside and is in a great spot, but definitely not worth the price.

Apesar do hotel ser antigo, os quartos são bons e confortáveis . O atendimento é muito bom e o concierge muito solicito . O café da manhã é muito bom e a localização excelente .

Fabulous property! Beautiful, clean service was excellent.

Hotel pulito e centrale ma molto deludente per i servizi. La palestra molto ridotta con attrezzi arrugginiti. La piscina sul rooftop molto piccola con intorno solo sedie che non offrivano alcuna possibilita’ di solarium e soprattutto nessun garage. Abbiamo pagato 40 euro al giorno per lasciare la macchina in strada inaccettabile soprattutto perche’ viaghiavamo con un’auto d’epoca e spendere soldi per non averla protetta e custodita e’ stato vergognoso. Non ritornero’ piu’ in questo hotel

Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Friendly staff and lovely birthday gift left in our room. Laid back escape in the middle of the city.

The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and also the spa treatments. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is the outdoor pool space, the pool is great but there isn’t enough places for all guests while there are many unoccupied tables, my expectation is that it would be versatile according to the hour in the day
