This is one of the better Campaniles in my opinion (and I've used quite a few in my travels).
There is no disputing that the entire chain could do with a lick of paint, but the "motel style" setting offering bedsit like accommodation overrides that in my opinion.
Beds are large and comfy and it's very good value for money. The small restaurant on site is adequate, but there are plenty of alternatives within easy walking distance (including a large Lerclerc cafeteria that stays open until about 7.30 I think). There's also a MacDonalds 100m away.
The staff are welcoming and very friendly.

This hotel is convenient for the motorway. Reception staff did not speak English and our french is limited (our fault) I know. We have stayed here before covid but we're disappointed with the cleanness of the room.

Everything was clean however the rooms are incredibly dated. The toilet lid broke as we gently shut it. Room is tiny and zero amenities. Would be fine if it was cheaper, but expect more for $80/night.

Staff was very friendly but the place is a dump. Our room had no AC for ventilation and had to open window which made too bright to sleep. Bathroom grout was nasty and just really rundown.

Although a little bit in need of an upgrade this hotel is excellent value for money. It is a good place to stay to visit the Dordogne region. Friendly helpful staff good car park and near to town of Brive and local shopping mall.. Beware of Saturday traffic on motorway. Horrendous!

Reception very helpful, realised our French speaking was not our strong point and responded with careful English for us to understand. Very welcoming attitude, not pushy if we did or didn't want dinner/ breakfast. Great attitude and customer service. Room very clean though badly overheated so took couple of hours to cool it to bearable. Quiet situation handy too for ZI and supermarkets less than 200m away. Very satisfactory stay for one night

We arrived early and were allocated room 8. Despite being told that it worked in all rooms, the WiFi did not connect. It was fine in the reception.
After some discussion, we moved upstairs to room 15 where everything was fine.
