It’s basic but clean & 10 min walk to the Arena which was perfect for us.

The front desk staff were very nice. Housekeeping was good, but the shower was small and the towels were thin. But for three star hotel, this is as good as it gets. Knowing what I’m paying for, would I stay here again? Definitely.

I like the breakfast buffet…the ladies at the breakfast section were very kind especially Sandra…she would go a mile to satisfy your needs.

Clean hotel room, friendly staff, good showers. The room is very small, but good for short stays. We appreciated the warm, high pressure showers, though the bathroom did not have hand/face towels which was inconvenient. Main complaint is that the doors and walls are very thin, and you can hear people clearly talking in the hallways, when doors slam, and when someone's in the bathroom in another room. Additionally, we could not control the temperature of the room, so at times it was very warm and humid, especially after showering since there is no vent in the bathroom. There also was loud banging in the morning, perhaps from construction work in the floor below which would be loud in the mornings.

Room was a lot smaller than I thought it was. Can't even bend down in the shower to wash/shave your legs. Breakfast was above par and the gym basic but convenient. Staff was friendly and facilities were very clean.

Great, quiet location with easy access to Metro and nearby shopping and restaurants. Room was small- but appropriate for our needs. Great value for cost.

I’m aware that Paris hotel rooms are small but this one is really small. You can only open your checkin luggage on top the bed no space on the floor.

The room was very basic and a little depressing. Not one bit of decoration anywhere. The staff were helpful and it was convenient to where I needed to be but overall disappointing and not good value for money.

The hotel is advertised better than it actually is.The air con was none existant and we asked for extra pillow but told.to.come back in the morning.The room is very basic and shower is very small.Staff friendly would not stay again

We have stayed here before and love the area. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient area. There is a supermarket and bakery very close by. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They have luggage storage which was very helpful as we arrived well before check in time. We were able to leave our luggage and explore Bercy Village.

Great location. Close to metro train. Will stay again and again. No complaints.

Great facility. Comfortable beds, the location was fantastic for the stadium. The front desk was OK, just not super friendly.

Had a great day stay. Place is located within walking distance of every kind of food available. Safe, convenient and the staff is great. The room was really comfortable, clean and new.

The staff was excellent and the cleaning staff was nice and beyond.

Fantastic stay! Perfect location near transportation. Loved the gym! Breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend!
