Twin room booked but double room provided - it was changed to twin after complaint but no towels or tea / coffee provided. Room and shower were cramped. Food facilities, breakfast and evening buffets were good. Staff were pleasant and responded well to our English language.

Its a family friend hotel. Our room was never clean, we had to ask everytime for toiletries and bath towels. The front desk reception were great.

I problemi però sono stati parecchi Al check in non mi è stato detto che le pulizie erano opzionali così il giorno seguente alla sera al rientro il letto era sfatto, i secchielli dell'immondizia non svuotati gli unici 2 asciugamani non sostituiti (ero da sola) ma sarei stata 3 giorni. Il doccia shampoo è sempre stato vuoto. A quel punto scendo in reception. Mi fanno vedere un foglio che spiega che le pulizie devono essere richieste e mi lanciano 2 asciugamani e una ricarica per il doccia shampoo. Gli dico che il giorno seguente le voglio ma NON vengono comunque fatte. La colazione discreta ma bisogna andare alle 7:30. Il secondo giorno sono andata alle 9 e non c'era più nulla. Sono arrivata e i tavoli erano tutti pieni di piatti sporchi. Ho chiesto di liberarmi un tavolo ma sono rimasta a mangiare quel poco che era rimasto circondata da tavolini pieni di piatti sporchi. Il giorno successivo sono arrivata alle 8 e mancava tutto posate tazze per il caffè piatti e ho passato 15 minuti a richiederli. L'ultima notte alle 4.15 del mattino è suonato l'antincendio. Siamo tutti usciti dalle camere e abbiamo iniziato a scendere le scale. I primi che sono scesi hanno detto che era un falso allarme ma NESSUNO dell'hotel si è scusato. Al momento del check out io e altri abbiamo atteso 15minuti che venisse qualcuno ma alla reception non arrivava nessuno. Allora sono andata da una cameriera della colazione e ho chiesto che venisse qualcuno.

Træls med lamperne på toilettet blinkede og selvom vi sagde det den dag vi kom blev der ikke kigget på det.

The place was nice and clean, staff are very friendly and nice as well. The only problem i got was the wifi not connected on the tv and phone

They greeted us very nicely when we arrived. We were given our room cards quickly. The room was nice. There were five of us in the room, so it was a bit cramped. The chairs were made into beds so the places to sit were on the beds. The beds were very comfy. The room could use a bigger trash receptacle and a small refrigerator. Towels and sheets were fresh and clean. The one big bed was comfortable. Plenty of plugs for electric devices. The room was quite when the windows were shut. Our windows were on a busy street. The traffic was amusing to watch. Our view was fantastic. We could see the river and best of all the Eiffel Tower at a distance! The hotel was quiet, we slept great. It was a very nice place. We enjoyed walking around the area as well. There were some restaurants and shopping areas. There was a market on Saturday. We enjoyed our first stay in Paris!

Attention chambre sur la rue c est l horreur

파리에서 이만한 가격에 여유로운 공간의 룸을 찾기는 어려울 겁니다. 그래서 매우 만족합니다. 다만 매일 조식이 같은 메뉴에, 몇몇 직원들의 불친절한 행동은 마이너스 입니다. 대체로 만족하고, 또 파리에 간다면 찾을 것 같습니다.

Les conditions pour le stationnement ne sont pas claires au moment de la réservation. Et donc mauvaise surprise !

Das Frühstück kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da wir ohne Frühstück gebucht haben. Der Eingangsbereich war sehr schön, die Zimmer waren sauber und schön gestaltet. Es hätte nur mehrere Hacken für Kleider geben können. Das Bad war etwas abgenutztund Fliesen gebrochen. Alles in Allem trotzdem ein schönes Hotel und den Preis wert.

Tout c’est bien passé

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero el personal es grosero, menos Leila, muy linda y amable chica. aunque le de aviso que limpie la habitación, no lo hicieron, cuando hicieron muy mala la limpieza.

Rent og duftede godt

La chambre est correcte, le lit est bon. L'hôtel est calme. On n'entendait aucun bruit. Petit déjeuner varié ( la brioche est délicieuse) L'hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier commerçant.

Tout est pourri sauf les agents accueil souriant et agréable

Suite junior spacieuses, literie confortable, idéale pour notre sejour avec notre fils de 4 ans.

Je vous ai déjà envoyé un mail le 1er décembre ( resté sans réponse de votre part ) pour demander le remboursement de la première nuit . En effet la nuit du ve 28 au sa 29 a été perturbée par des alarmes ( 1h52 et vers 2h05) dans les couloirs de votre hôtel pont de Suresnes . Obligeant les voyageurs a descendre par les escaliers à 2 reprises , à n 'avoir aucune excuse ni la nuit ( le seul gardien occupé au tél à gérer , résoudre ce dysfonctionnement ) , ni le lendemain. Après vous concevrez qu il est bien difficile de retrouver le sommeil . De plus le jour de notre arrivée , la première chambre attribuée au 4 ème étage était non faite . A l accueil une seconde chambre nous a été non attribuée car le pommeau de douche était cassé , enfin la 3ème était impeccable . Je vous demande pour la 2ème fois le remboursement de cette première nuit fortement perturbée par ces alarmes . La seconde nuit s'est déroulée sans incident . Cdt Mr DUBOIS
