普莱城堡酒店

這是我們第二次入住Chateau de Pray，服務良好，環境也很舒適，也推薦他們的餐廳，相當有在地特色，餐點精緻服務也好。

En tant qu'habituée des tables étoilées, l'expérience au restaurant L'Orangerie fut un choc. Le château n'offrant aucune autre alternative de restauration et faisant confiance à la distinction Michelin, nous avions réservé deux soirs. J'ai immédiatement annulé la seconde nuitée : qui voudrait y dîner deux fois ? Dès notre arrivée, l'absence totale d'accueil a donné le ton d'un chaos permanent, indigne d'un tel standing. Le personnel manque cruellement de prestance (tenues négligées, cheveux mal coiffés) et passe son temps à courir frénétiquement entre les tables. Un service étoilé doit s'apparenter à une danse fluide, ici l’enchainement des plats est totalement décousu et servi dans un marathon désorganisé qui stresse les clients. La nourriture est totalement quelconque et sans relief. Totalement indigne d’un Michelin. Mes recherches postérieures confirment que je ne suis pas la seule. Les propriétaires connaissent ces failles puisqu'ils y répondent sur divers sites, et leur inaction délibérée entache mon opinion sur leur honnêteté. C'est d'autant plus regrettable que le personnel de l'hôtel fut, lui, parfait et courtois.

The room was very cold - lovely large size but difficult to heat in the winter. Good location. Unfortunately the restaurant was also closed in early December but the nearby town of Amboise was lovely.

A beautiful chateau overlooking the Loire Valley. Pierre was exceptionally helpful giving great restaurant recommendations. Quiet, spotless room appointed with lovely, authentic style. Beautiful views.

So far so good. The Chateau is beautiful and rich with history. The staff is great and the location of the property is great

I first visited the Chateau in 2003. It is in a charming location and there is much to like about it. I noticed the bathrooms have been refurbished since then and that was good, as was the food and the bed was very comfortable. However a few things need urgent attention, most notably the wifi, which was appalling. Using an unsecured network is not acceptable in this day and age and loading anything took forever. I wondered in fact if the wifi was the same setup as 22 years ago! The hotel also needs to provide a mini fridge in the rooms. Another guest asked about this too, not just as a mini bar but also for medication which needs to be kept cool. The carpet in the room was covered in flakes of paint around the window. I got the impression that just enough investment has been made to keep things going… but even with its historic charm they are going to have to do more than that to keep up with the times.

Beautiful location. Very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was closed and the options provided were not that good.

Beautiful property and helpful and friendly staff. I woke up each night around 2 am cause it was too warm and couldn't figure out how to use the AC, but I cool the room by opening the front door. But I never asked the front desk for help. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Prepare to be amazed by the beauty of this place.

Really enjoyed the heated pool even though the weather was chilly. Room in the turret was compact but had a lovely view of the Loire. Dinner was excellent and staff in the restaurant and hotel were attentive and charming but relaxed. Decor wasn’t to our taste - furniture and fabrics were all a bit nouveau but that wouldn’t deter us from staying there again

Wonderful property and wonderful staff. Lora at the front desk was so welcoming, natural and genuinely interested in making sure that we are having a great time.

We greatly enjoyed our time in Amboise and staying at the Chateau de Pray. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Laura is a treasure! The property is everything you imagine it will be taking you back to the time of kings and queens. But yet, modernized enough for the comfort that we all want in today's times. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed a hike through the forest and the view of the Loire river is perfect. The Michelin star restaurant set in the limestone cave is wonderful as well. We traveled with our 9 year old son and we all had the best time ever. Will stay here again on our next trip to the valley.

Excellent séjour sur les bords de la Loire

This was a great stay. The staff at the Chateau was very welcoming and helpful. Our room had a terrace which overlooked the beautiful courtyard. The breakfast was wonderful and a great start to the day. The hotel offers every amenity possible, and I would highly recommend this Chateau for a truly memorable experience.

It's fun staying in a castle. The entire property was nice. For the price, though, one expects the room to be a little more magical.
