Everything was spotless, but the team at the reception are not the kindest. Despite that, I highly recommend this place to stay in Strasbourg.

Good location nice

Nice apartment need improvement on bed and pillows. Need more items on the kitchen in order to cook . Need new towels. Very close to the mall and town center. The offer free hot vine which was perfect coming back from the cold weather . Recommended

Good restaurants close by, everything in walkinh distance

Very well equipped hotel, was not expecting a mini kitchen in the room. It was stocked with a stove, microwave, sink and a fridge. Amazing for preparing warm meals in winter. Great stay! The lobby had daily hot wine for you to take.

Good location with a fairly short walk from the main train station. Close to a large covered shopping center with a full service grocery store. A reasonably easy walk to the old city. There are a few good restaurants within a few blocks. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette very convenient. Simple decor. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful.

Location is great. only 10 mins walk to the station. receptionists were helpful. However the condition of the room was poor, toilet has multiple damages. No locker, but big room.

Hotel was average, room was basic but very clean. Had problem charging our phones because there was no socket! We had to use the kettle power socket. Just stayed for one night. Train station is 10 mins walk and most of the attractions are walkable. It was lovely to be welcomed with Mulled wine at the Reception which felt very festive as we were there for Christmas market!

Clean, hot showers, good breakfast, free holiday gluhwein was a great touch!

Comfortable and kind, it was a great staff and location. Could be a little more clean and the thermostat was locked higher than our comfort, but the place itself was a joy overall and I will recommend another stay!

Close to the main train station and a short walk away from the old city are positives about the hotel. It is starting to show is age now and is in need of renovation

The only thing I would mention it needs to improve is the cleaning of the shower, there is a need to use a brush and bleach to remove all the mould and dirt build ups. It is not very nice to have a shower when it is not super clean.

The place is very good, quiet area, walking distance to center, accesible. My only suggestion is that at least someone could collect the garbage from each apartment everyday or we could leave the garbage outside the apartment and someone collect it. They did not have a system in place for everyday collect the trash so we had to take it around the block where is the parking lot and a lot of garbage containers and rats walking around.

The Elevator was broken most of the time, and the cleaning staff held it up most of the early day.

The lift was out of order, air conditioner not working, no tissue box available.

Close to train station, easy walking distance to main attractions, quite large, modern and clean. Strongly recommend this place.

Nothing good about this stay. Every dish and utensil had food residue. The floor was dusty. My room overlooked the train tracks with the accompanying noise. My key card had to be reprogrammed every day. There is only one elevator and the cleaning staff monopolize it.
