Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois dormir dans cet hotel : hygiene impeccable, jolies chambres, bon petit dejeuner, tres bon emplacement, hammam et sauna bien chaud. Grosse déception cette fois -ci sur la piscine : la baie vitree est restee grande.ouverte toute la journee et toute la.nuit ; resultat : une piscine vraiment moins chaude que d'habiture et il faisait froid dans tout l'espace spa ce qui etait vraiment désagréable. Je l'ai signalé le soir en arrivant et le matin mais rien n'a ete fait...c'est vraiment dommage car c'est vraiment un établissement que j'appercie d'habitude.e. En revnche, grception cette fois sur le spa

Mise à part le fait que les hôtesses de l'accueil se sont trompés lors de l'activation de nos badges d'accès aux chambres (on a dû redescendre revenir à l'accueil, et sans excuses de leur part..), l’hôtel reste super

The hotel says it has air conditioning but it switches to heating only from 23 rd October. It was still in the 23 outside and so sweltering in our room so we had to Sleep with the windows open which meant awful street noise. I asked if I could leave after the first night but was told I wouldn’t be refunded. So a very bad weekend of sleep !

Facilities were nice and most of the staff were pleasant to deal with. Good location which was convenient to walk to shopping and dining.

Perfect location just a few minutes walk from the main shopping boulevard and many restaurants and bars one way, and the beach the other way. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable and well equipped

The staff weren’t very helpful, no information or greeting just yes and key, bed was split sigle and so uncomfortable I spent a night on the sofa, hotel is good location and spa roof is nice v small pool. Lack of emend ties for 4 star in room would rate 3 star balcony full of pigeon poo.

Très bon hôtel, confortable mais il manque un peu de décoration (mobilier notamment) dans certaines chambres.

The staff is very kind and helpful if you ask. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint was that it was slightly noisy from the street as well as other guests in the hallway, which is probably common in most Cannes hotels. Highly recommend and would book again

Terrible customer service. Do NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT PARK HERE. Staff is incompetent. Missed my intercontinental flight due to my rental car being blocked by another guest at the hotel and the staff was no help and blamed me due their lack of responsibilities.

Très pratique pour se balader dans Cannes.

Desk was very unfriendly after we extended our stay of 0ne night saying “ No problem “ in a message to E-Mail .. Her name was “ Sonia” We are regular Customers there Things have changed!!! No bueno
