Very good

Nice hotel staff and secured hotel. Room is small but cozy and clean. I love the balcony with the little table and chairs (my room is on 6/f). Close to Arc de triomphe and Champs Elysees.

Very comfortable room with a good size for a family. Beds are very comfortable as well. The hotel is clean and friendly. Great location and nice restaurants nearby. We like this hotel very much!

The staff was very friendly, nice property close to everything the only bad thing was that the tv wasn’t working. Overall we will stay there again .

部屋は広くベッドの質が良かった。バスローブとスリッパもありました。ただ、エスプレッソマシンが部屋にありましたが操作出来ず残念でした。 フロントでは日中、お菓子とコーヒーなどをいただけるティーコーナーがあり良いです。

The hotel is adorable, and everyone is so helpful and friendly, great place to walk close to many attractions.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and super spacious and perfect for a family of 3. The location can't be beat. Right next to the Arch De Triumph and metro and some good food spots we enjoyed. We also loved our spa night. All in all we would highly recommend this stay to anyone and would stay here again when we comeback to Paris.

the room was very small and the heat did not work so my room was freezing. The location was very good.

It was anything BUT exceptional!! We had to wait a long time when arrived so someone would open the door for us(it was locked). The room was so tiny, and somehow smelly, with a slanted wall, it was really hard to stand up from the bed without hitting your head to the wall! Very narrow hallways (caution if you have wide luggages).

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Drinks were hit and miss ! Had a g&t first night no ice problem on. Second night no tonic! Served warm rum and coke

Excellent staff, very attentive, super friendly, very helpful and the MOST important is that they know a lot of different languages and can help all their clients feel more welcome! 👏👏👏 cuddles to the young lady in the front desk, very smart and multi language. To the lady that cleaned our suite, you always did an excellent job!!! Thank you! I’ll definitely come back again plus is very close to attractions.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with such a friendly staff! They made everything so easy for us. We landed early so they were so nice to hold our luggage while we went to explore. We loved our cozy room and the fact that we could open our windows. It took a min to learn how to use the AC/ heat lol but it wasn’t an issue. We had an issue with our shower the first night but they were quick to fix it the next day. Such a good walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. In my opinion best place to stay for the price, cleanliness, staff and location! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you again to the staff for such a wonderful visit! My mom and I will never forget our first trip to Paris <3
