Staff was friendly and accommodating to American tourists. Room was as advertised and included breakfast was more than expected. Hotel is on a busy pedestrian street with late activity but when windows are closed properly the noise is minimal. Woulf recommend and stay again.

I would give this review a full star rating but I left a pair of leather gloves in the lobby restroom late one night and the next morning asked about them and was to told they’d been recovered but to check with just after their lunch hour, then mysteriously they couldn’t be found. It took two days to get an answer that they couldn’t be found so I’m sure some one decided to keep them. Other than that I enjoyed the stay and accommodations. It’s a very easy and comfortable stay.

Had a problem with my booking, and they were not remotely forgiving and took hours and hours to respond over WhatsApp after repeatedly reaching out, which was my only means of communication with them. Interesting for the services industry in my opinion

Staff was very friendly. The room was small but very clean. The only thing that was an issue was that the bathroom in our room had a little window that had a pretty sheer curtain so you’d be visible if you were using the washroom. Other than that it was great!

Really enjoyed the stay, ignore the reviews of it being too loud as we stayed on the first floor overlooking the enterence and whilst you could hear people on the street it wasn't intrusive.
Also, we had lunch at the restaurant on the last day and it was really good and great value compared the the other restaurants in the local area.
