Basic but great- just a 10 min walk to the old town. Good size rooms and a comfortable bed. Nice and quiet. Would absolutely stay again

Great location for other areas. All walkable. Hotel street not the best tho. Hotel very clean.

Belle chambre juste assez grande pour deux personnes. Suffisamment de place pour mettre nos bagages. Assez proche des attractions Deux points moins bien les lits jumeaux sont collés. Petite odeur désagréable dans l'évier de la salle de bain.

The staff at this property are very nice, friendly, and helpful. The property itself is bare bones. The room is basic, adequate size, but no amenities. Location is fine- a good walk to old town and the port.

Staff at desk friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Rooms are clean but no-frills at all. Located just outside Old Town, and feels like a neighborhood.

It looks a little old and small. But by all means the staff was great and welcoming! Close to all attractions ( writhing walkable distance), as well as close to public transportation. Close to train station that can take you to Monaco , Canes! Has garage parking for a reasonable price. Rooms are a bit dark but the price does reflect that.

This hotel is very clean and close walkable distance to the waterfront! I did not feel comfortable with paying 2 euro for coffee and then 2 euro for a refill! Especially coming from a hotel in Paris where drinks were free at all times!

Great new hotel,walkable distance to the port and close to public transport. It is missing a coffee machine in the room as well as some hooks and basic amenities such as a hair drier and a ice bucket ..be careful as to step into the bathtub for a shower is a climb in its own. You need to pay to get your room cleaned, however they do give you towels at reception as well as toilet paper and soap.. overall good hotel walkable to main sites but with minimum service. :)

Everything was amazing except the sink didn’t have a drain trap (the little u bend in the pipping under the sink) that prevents sewer gas from coming out. It smells kind of funky whenever you use the sink. Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff and a great location.

This place is very simple and very clean with AC. The area is close to old Nice which is a vibe and the food options around here were great!

Very good hotel if you dont want to spend top dollar. Mattress wasnt particularly comfortable for me, but thats just my personal experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was continental style and good. Hotel in general was very clean. Would most definitely stay again.

Hotel was as advertised and met all our needs. The plastic mattress covering is weird and kept coming off but other than that the beds were fine.

Left very impressed! It was clean, had all basic necessities, slept comfortable and well and dog friendly. Great place on a budget.
