Hôtel tout confort dans lequel on passe un excellent week-end. Le personnel est au petit soin , attentionné, agréable et toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Nous recommandons +++ cet hôtel.

It is incredible that the gym opens very late at 10 AM. And staff in the reception are snob and unable to help or try to help. The fees were never disclosed and I didn’t get any receipt. The location is great and the lady in charge of the restaurant is so nice the receptionist should learn from her.

Limpeza Conforto!!!

Het restaurant is een drama. Ze vergeten de bestellingen, het eten is van zeer matige kwaliteit. Maar het bedienend personeel snapt er helemaal niets. Zelfs als je om de rekening vraagt moet je half uur wachten. Ook de liften zijn niet voldoende aanwezig, waardoor je altijd minimaal 5 minuten staat te wachten.

Everything is fine except pellows it is too hard

Ecrin Blanc was a great ski in and ski out property, with a good restaurant inside the hotel for both dinner and breakfast. Service especially in the ski valet was fantastic.

I come here to write a review on our experience at Ecrin Blanc and now wonder how my review will be pulled apart and I will be generally ridiculed like many others when I get a reply from the hotel PR managers, but here goes…. We check in, all is going well, we are shown to two rooms by a young gent who has a rather odd manner, no problem really but one thing really struck me when he showed us our room. We entered the lift and he walked in too, facing us and standing in the doorway with his elbows out, blocking the doorway. Very odd we all thought. We find out later why… We go to our two rooms, mine and my wife’s room is fine, my children’s we walked in to a single bed rather than the two requested and the most awful drains smell, with a smell of faeces and an incredibly strong smell of some kind of perfume, clearly to mask the obnoxious smell in the room. My teenage boys joke and say it stinks in their room and the beds are wrong. The chap listens and goes off to resolve the beds, although we don’t realise he is ignoring the comment about the smell. I then meet this same chap again in the lobby, only this time he is showing new guests to their room. He enters the lift just like with us, again stands in the way of the lift opening with his elbows out and presses the close door button immediately as entering, despite being aware of my presence eating for the lift. Now I get the aggressive stance, you are irrelevant to him now, his charm is short lived.. I meet a third time and

We loved our time here. We came in summer, and the water park adjacent was pretty great, even though the wave pool was down for repairs on the day we went. We also walked 5 min to the escalators up to 1650 to eat. This was really nice not to use the car. All employees were great, but especially Ali for valet parking and Claire at reception helped us very much. My only small complaint is that I am very sensitive to scents and get headaches and the hotel makes liberal use of fragrances. I wish they toned it down a bit. But otherwise great. Breakfast was outstanding too.

Superbe hôtel à Courchevel ! Excellent séjour à l’Ecrin, personnel au top, suite sublime et toutes les activités à nos pieds (Aqua Motion, randonnée, VTT…). Des vacances extraordinaires en famille, merci !!!

Un super service. Les chambres sont superbes. Un petit déjeuner tres copieux avec un paysage de la salle tres beau Et l acces a l Aquamotion est un gros plus tres agréable

Altid en stor fornøjelse at være på Ecrin. Super lækkert hotel med et meget venligt personale. Meget bedre end de fleste 5-stjernede hoteller. Vi har brugt det både sommer og vinter med stor fornøjelse.

Et dejligt hotel i et meget smukt område, hvor der er masser aktiviteter at tage sig til. Vi fik god hjælp fra hotellet i forhold til at anbefale turer osv. Man kan mærke, at alle ansatte på hotellet gør hvad de kan, for at deres gæster er tilpasse. Der er mange frit tilgængelige spil på selve hotellet, passende for både børn og voksne. Vi lejede elcykler, med guide, det var feriens højdepunkt. Vores børn elskede Aquamotion og fik mange timer til at gå der. Gode senge. Hotellet ligger lige op af en vej, så der var trafikstøj, men i samlede billede betød det ikke meget.

A truly magnificent experience comparable with and surpassing many five star resorts we have visited. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and immaculately clean and well maintained, decorated tastefully. Ski-in, ski-out is literally at your doorstep and ski hire service exceptional and reasonably priced by comparison to other local ski hire options. Food was first class. Already planning the next trip. A huge thank you to Ecrin Blanc from me and my family.

invrddible hotel but the location ja really bad you have to walk a good distance to take the bus, the but takes a while to come! if you want to ski in Courchevel stay in Courchevel!!!! The locarion is terrible!!! some of the woman in the concierge does not like to work!

Stay here, stay here, stay here. Upon check-in, we were taken to our room and given a tour of the hotel. All staff spoke sufficient English to assist us. The rooms were exceptionally clean, sufficiently roomy, and cozy. Lack of cooling AC was not an issue even in late July. They do have a system that brings in fresh filtered outside air to keep the rooms from getting stuffy. Dinner on the patio at the hotel restaurant was pleasant. The pool complex, Aquamotion, across the street and adjoined to the hotel by an underground tunnel, was great. My husband and I enjoyed the pools and lunch at the pool-side restaurant. Everything there was very clean and extremely well kept.
