Parking was a nightmare. Didn't know you have to book in advance... Had to park a car in a super dirty and tight parking garage 7 mins walking from the hotel.

The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it.

Excellent location. Ski shop rental is on level-1 and the hotel is next to the slopes. Room was comfortable and staff was very accommodating. Try the raclette restaurant downstairs but reserve in advance.

Had a really fabulous stay at L'Aigle des Neiges! Great hotel in a fantastic location. Unfortunately I broke my ankle skiing and the staff couldn't have been more attentive and helpful - it definitely made an awful situation better! Special thanks to the bar/restaurant staff who made it possible for me to make it downstairs on my last night and to the hotel van driver who picked me up from the medical centre. The hotel also accommodated a late check out which was really appreciated. We will definitely be returning next year!

Stayed there for 5 nights while skiing in Val. The hotel is in excellent condition, very light and airy in the public areas, good service all around with friendly, chatty and very engaging staff. The bedrooms are spacious and light. Good shower pressure! The food is very good for both breakfast and dinner. Loved the pool. Only criticism is the pillows in the rooms need to be softer and larger. I found them uncomfortable after a day skiing. I haven't enjoyed a hotel stay this much for a long time and i do stay in hotels a lot.

Mycket bra läge, skidhyra och förvaring på hotellet. Väldigt tråkig bar med låg nivå på personalen som dessutom stängde kl 23;00. I övrigt ett bra hotell med allt man kan förvänta sig.

This is an excellent hotel and one of the best I have stayed in France for skiing. The food was of excellent quality and the staff could not have been more helpful. Nice apres ski ambiance too. Highly recommend.

Best Holiday ever... All the staff and specially the Manager Mme Sonia were incredible. The Christmas party was Magical!!! We already made reservation to return next year.

some absolutely fantastic and helpful staff some abysmal wait for dinner 2 hours quality of breakfast poor meet and greet poor hotel tour lacking lack of service plenty of keen new staff but no direction for them boot ski room crush had letter sent to room from manager but never was introduced to him or met him DISAPPOINTING

Excellent hotel . Good service and very convenient for the ski slopes . Would definitely consider staying here again

Lovely room and the staff were very helpful. Only downside was how long it took to get our car when we were trying to leave.
