Great communication with owner. In the heart of Aix en Provence surrounded by great historical attractions and fantastic architecture

Väldigt centralt boende, nära till allt men var inte särskilt städat vid ankomsten. Trevligt bemötande och relativt bra kommunikation inför besöket men instruktionerna för hur man tog sig in i byggnaden kan förtydligas.

We had a great stay at Finsonius Studios! We booked through Expedia and the host contacted straight away for the security deposit and asked for our arrival time. We paid the security deposit and the host provided a receipt. The host messaged on WhatsApp the day of check in and provided the key lockbox code. As it was quite cold and raining, the host had left some lights on for us and the heater ☺️ It was a cosy little apartment with everything we needed! It was easy to find, in a great location and very quiet at night time!

In der Küche gab es viele zurückgelassene Lebensmittel von Vormietern ebenso im Bad verschiedene gebrauchte Pflegeprodukte. Alles wirkt verwohnt und etwas vernachlässigt. Die Küche wurde von uns aufgrund des Zustandes gar nicht genutzt. Die Fenterläden konnten nur schwerlich geschlossen werden, da die Scharniere trilweise fehlen. Das hintere Fenster konnte gar nicht abgedunkelt werden. Der angepriesene Innenhof war nicht zu gebrauchen ung glich eher einer Müllhalde. Etwas positives gab es dennoch: Die Betten waren okay, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sauber. Auch das Wasser in der Dusche war ausreichend heiß. Die Endreinugung ist nicht im Mietpreis enthalten und muss vom Mieter selbst erledigt werden, ansonsten werden 60 Euro fällig. Wir haben die Endreinigung selbst vorgenommen. Utensilien dafür sind vor Ort vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut.

Great location at the edge of the old town. Lovely and quiet.

A reasonably priced, compact studio, ideal for a stay in the city. Excellent location and all facilities necessary in the studio. The owner was helpful and friendly.

Logement fonctionnel et proche de tous commerces, plein centre. Le ménage est à revoir mais une fois propre il remplis ses fonctions de logement central avec cuisine

Très sympathique, dépôt de caution un peu étrange en ligne, mais honnête et fiable. Me propriétaire est très arrangeant et sympathique, l'hôtel est bien situé, je recommande cet hôtel

We arrived by rental car. Suddenly gps told us to park (nothing) but found a local garage. We were shocked that we were not able to drive to front door to drop off our bags. This is located in area with no cars. At 76 and 78 we bumped our way 1/2 mile or so down a cobble stone road (leaving pushing up those same cobblestone roads) Also to our surprise we were on the second floor(in usa terms the third) with no elevator. We had to carry our bags up 3 flights of narrow stairs. Otherwise this hotel is very charming and Paul was fabulous about answering our calls. When we left he did come racing up to carry our bags down. One time we were locked in. He had a friend within 10 minutes come and unlock the door. One of the other tennants had sand on their key which blocked our key from going all the way in. This is not a place for the old of heart.

great hospitality

The property is in town on a quiet street. Within a 5-minute walk, there is a supermarket and the cours Mirabeau is a 10-minute walk. The most important attribute of the hotel is its owner, Paul. Paul takes great care of his guests. He is flexible and very accommodating to the needs of his guests. I stayed two times with a week-end in between and he kept my luggage for me and then put it in the room when it was time to check in. He also didn't accept the taxi driver's suggestion to walk a few streets to meet him, and instead told him that he could and needed to drive to the studio's door to pick me up. He was attentive to my needs and made sure that I was having a positive experience. Paul was the best!

The host was very hospitable and everything went very smoothly. Great location in the center of town but definitely some noise during the weekday from the school nearby

5 stars I had 3 delightfully restful days in the Finonous Studios. The room was clean and well furnished for an extended stay. The location was perfect, as it’s just off a busy street, so easy to access everything but quiet. The manager, Paul was super helpful, from communicating with our taxi to helping with my luggage. Would have gladly stayed longer if I could!

Excellent location in the inner city close to everything. No car needed. Charming room, good staff.

The photos must be old. The garden was overgrown & uninviting. You had to move the fridge to get into it & it then blocked the entry door. There was nowhere to put luggage. The whole place was tiny and smelt old & unused.

Stayed for a week in beautiful Aix en Provence. The apartment is close to the main market square, and situated in the lively old town is close to everything. The apartment has plenty of light and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Location was excellent Centre ville. Host/ property manager was exceptionally polite and helpful. He even guarded our luggage so we could enjoy our last afternoon at La Rotonde at the end of the Cours Mirabeau before catching a very convenient bus direct to the airport in Marseilles. Paul even sold me a cloth picture on the wall to give the money to his daughter who will soon visit New York.

Mini studio dans une vieille rue du centre ville d'Aix, très calme dès la tombée de la nuit. Il vaut mieux avoir le nez bouché car les odeurs sont persistantes, vinaigre blanc dans la chambre et surtout dans le frigo, eau stagnante dans la salle de bain. Seulement 2 serviettes de toilette très rêches. Très proche du marché des Prêcheurs, de la place Bellegarde (parking et arrêts de bus)
