位置佳(就在地鐵6及8號出口不遠，且夜歸安全。但雙人房房間很小，房門窄，隔音差，早上施工很吵。

The staff provided the very good service to make customers feel comfortable. They accepted early check in at 8 am in the morning. This is great for a business traveller from Asia when they arrive in Paris most of time in early morning and can have rest and clean up for the business meeting.

the room is really small for 2 of us who are on a honeymoon; the good thing is, the reception lady, kindly gave us a map of recommened restaurant, which was a big plus for us, as we went to one of them, good service, good taste, good price compared with Paris standard

near the metro entry easily connect to the city side. very good service on reception simple breakfast good enough

AC heater never worked

Hôtel très bruyant, des travaux ont été effectués sur la route toute la nuit. De plus, l'immeuble d'à côté est en reffaction, des coups de marteau ont débuté dès 07h. La chambre était également mal insonorisée, les voisins vivaient dans la chambre. Enfin, la fenêtre fermait mal, il suffisait de tirer dessus pour l'ouvrir en grand... parfait avec ce bruit de travaux à l'extérieur.

Sauberes, allerdings sehr kleines Zimmer, aber ausreichend. Etwas hellhörig. Lage optimal nahe der Metrostation und zur Accor-Arena.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Paris. The neighbourhood is lovely and feels very safe, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The location is also very convenient — most major tourist attractions can be reached in less than 30 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated the good air conditioning and the elevator, which made it more comfortable. The only downside was the soundproofing — I could hear people next door at night, and there was some construction work happening next to the hotel during my stay, which disturbed my sleep a little. Of course, the construction is not the hotel’s fault, but better sound insulation would definitely improve the experience. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location and very welcoming staff.

Accueil et établissement agréable.

Små men rena rum. Passade oss då vi inte var så mycket på hotellet. Lagom utbud på frukosten men fanns det som behövs och vi var nöjda med den. Väldigt nära tunnelbanan. Men fr flygplatsen var det taxi som var prisvänligt och praktiskt.

Very friendly staff and neighbourhood. Good value. Our room was quite small, but we knew that, just for one night stopover.

Cramped hotel room with bathroom designed for people 4 ft and under. I've been to 22 European cities and I know rooms are smaller but this one was like Alice in Wonderland. Also on second day, I asked front desk for toilet paper because we had do not disturb on door and guy said no. He didn't even ask what room we were in. Never had hotel reception just deny toilet paper. Also hallway is very small and any normal size person will have to squeeze through hall and doors. The area was good, away from attractions is the only good thing. Windows in bathroom broken and toilet is not for anyone over 5ft. Looks like room was cut in half to make 2 rooms.

We loved the location in Dumesnil. Very close to supermarkets, eateries and the metro. Just a 25 minute train ride into central Paris. The staff were all very obliging and they have an excellent breakfast option. The room we chose was very compact but worked for us. Overall our stay was a very pleasant experience.

Just what we needed in a great location. Out of the touristy areas but close to transit, lovely local restaurants, and an enormous park! Small room but served its purpose, and the AC was very appreciated in the heat wave.
