We stayed at this Hotel in June while visiting all the WW2 sites and doing 3 tours .
The hotel was fabulous could not fault , near to everything , the welcome we received from Etienne was amazing
from checking in to vacating and helping out with train suggestions and printing out tickets was incredible, the personal touches from this gentleman was truly a hugh asset for the Hotel , and a true professional , polite & friendly . The cleaning team were amazing and our room was cleaned daily . Breakfast was plentiful and fresh . Thank you for a fabulous stay and we would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to future guests and if back in Normandy
would most definitely book again .

Great location, friendly staff. We only stayed one night but it was super convenient to enjoy the town. The pool looked great. Had we been there longer? Definitely would’ve gone for a swim and sat in the sunshine. We travelled with a dog and that was great.

They staff were very welcoming. The room was prefect for us as well and provided 2 fans. They offer breakfast with an additional price which was great. The pool and hot tub were great.Wish we stayed and extra day.

We stayed at this Hotel in June while visiting all the WW2 sites and doing 3 tours .

No air conditioning, which probably doesn’t matter in the North of France very often, but we happened to be there for the hottest day on record in France.
The linens we clean, but the surfaces in the room were dusty, maybe because there was no choice but to leave the windows constantly open.
They make a big deal about being ecologically responsible by not washing towels daily, but they leave no space for a towel rack for them to properly dry.

Vakkert hotell med fin beliggenhet. Deilig bassengområde, og svært vennlig personale. Rommet var romslig og pent. Det eneste som trekker noe ned var at aircondition-anlegget var litt for svakt til å håndtere hetebølgen i Normandie.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The breakfast options were just fair, the rooms were not air conditioned and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable compared to other 4 star hotels! Also the layout of our room was terrible. The toilet was in a separate room and you had to go up a step and through 2 doors.

Clean, Good location, but not 4 star IMO.
Breakfast “ok”. Rooms are NOT as big the images. Major Kudos to the photographer for making the place look big. Another group we talked with shared the same view as us. Pool is tiny, bathroom was tiny, toilet separate but around the closet? Would have been a lot more logical to have updated in a more integrated way.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of Bayeux. The only issue we experienced was no air conditioning in 90 degree weather. Apparently it is very unusual for it to be that hot. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel and the employees went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
