Beautiful hotel, clean & comfy room, perfect location, and really lovely friendly & helpful staff

Our room had a large sitting area separate from the bedroom area and two skylights that could be opened for fresh air or close the blind to sleep in and that more than made up for it having one slanted wall that’s so common with top floor rooms. Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant. Everything was clean. It was a very easy walk from the train station, very near old town and a few blocks from the Christmas market.

We enjoyed our time here. It is a great location with easy access to trains, walking paths, the lake and shopping/dining. The staff is so lovely and breakfast was a lovely and unique experience.

The room was very,very clean.The room was extremely small for two people it is much to small, for one person its ok, but still very small. small .Check in and check out was quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no free breakfast so we didn't eat there. Parking is nearby in an underground parking garage. Unfortunately it was very dirty there and smelling of urine and poop in the stairwell. So please avoid the star well, go in by the car entrance .

Such a cute hotel! The lobby smells so good! The rooms are smaller but it has everything you need. Close to the train station but walkable to old town.

We visited Annecy airport with a small airplane. The Uber to the hotel took only 12 minutes or so. The hotel is conveniently located to explore the city, has very friendly staff and the property is very clean. Great simple breakfast! A crib was provided for our 1-year-old child. Merci beaucoup!

Loved everything about Hébé Hotel! Staff went beyond to help w/reservations, suggestions & answering questions, spoke English, nice electric bikes available for rent, food & service very nice! Will stay here again if visiting the area. Thank you to everyone that made our stay wonderful & memorable ❤️

I was expecting a boutique hotel but it is far from being a boutique. Old building and almost none amenities. The pictures showed a fantastic balcony and it has a terrible view. Super expensive for what it is.

Great location ! Breakfast is fantastic and they also rent e bikes - highly recommend the route around the lake !

Room was good and comfortable. There could be additional lighting in the entrance of the room as the lighting that they gave was dull and not adequate. In addition, there were not enough soap bars, lotion , sewing kit and other usual amenities provided by 4/5 star hotels. The coffee machine coffee pods were not easy to use and brew and there were no creamer packets. The breakfast charge was steep for basic avocado toast or bowl of cereal ,orange juice , coffe that price needs to be reduced . Front desk staff were friendly

Convenient location. Views over a parking lot. Tiny rooms. Amenities and quality would warrant perhaps 2.5 stars, not 4.
