拉丁之家酒店

The best thing about this hotel is the perfect location. The staffs are also very nice. I stayed there for 2 weeks and although the room was a bit small, I still think it’s worth the price. The only problem is that we could take a shower with the people upstairs because their bath water leaked from the bathroom ceiling lol.

首先,入住的時候沒有核對任何資料,就連passport也沒有對,員工態度惡劣,並不願意提供協助,環境跟圖片完全不一樣,電梯很殘舊只可以入2個人和2件小的行李, 房間外面的走廊很恐怖, 沒有燈光, 有時候閃一閃, 而且十分窄,只可以一個人行走.房間沒有冷氣, 很舊有牆發霉, 燈光昏暗，感覺很不安全，廁所很殘舊，水龍頭有很多漬，房間內只有2個插頭，房間門沒有防盜鎖，我們訂了三晚但是一天也待不下去，當晚即時退房。

The location is good!if you take RER B,it's not too difficult to find the hotel.& The staff is very friendly!

靠近地铁站，大约100多米，交通还算方便，基本上半小时内可以抵达市区内各个景点。距离巴黎圣母院非常近，步行几分钟就到了。房间不大，但是该有的也都有，价格在巴黎而言，算是比较便宜的了。旁边不远处有家中国人开的餐馆，还不错。大堂里有一部计算机，带打印机，客人可以自由使用，对于自助游的人而言很方便，可以随时来打印车票、登机牌、行程单等。

房间有点小，不过地理位置很好，市中心，离巴黎圣母院卢浮宫很近

Basic hotel but ok for the price being in central Paris. Good location!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was located in a clean, safe neighborhood that made it easy and enjoyable to explore the area. The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious with plenty of great options. The only minor drawbacks were that the rooms did not have air conditioning, and there was a noticeable odor from the bathroom pipes at times. That said, these quirks seemed to be part of the building's old-world charm and didn't take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable place with excellent service and a fantastic breakfast.

The hotel has a small elevator, but it doesn't inform you that some rooms are accessible by stairs after exiting the elevator. All single rooms are accessible by stairs; I only found this out when I arrived at the hotel. They didn't read the message I sent when booking, stating that I have knee problems and requesting an accessible room. They said the hotel was full and that I should have called. There were no other rooms available, and they said they would help me with my luggage, but there's only one employee at reception. There are no meals or coffee maker. The street where the hotel is located is not parked. Someone open my door twice. The cost-benefit ratio is not worth it. I will not return.

The breakfast is basic but good and filing. The rooms are smaller but clean and the bed is good to sleep on. It is less then 10 minutes to a metro station and Notre Dame. Lots of places close by to eat at. Monoprix is close by and maybe 5 minutes away.

Der var ikke aircondition, og vi var der i en meget varm uge. Køleskabet gik også i stykker.

The room was not the same as the booking photo. A lot of maintenance needed. Room was quite dark and not able to open curtains or window, due to the opposite building and building work been done. The shower and hairdryer was really old.

Location was really fabulous. Hotel rooms very small and it’s an old building so not soundproof. Room had a cute mini safe which was handy. Staff were nice.

Quiet and clean

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the extra toilet was a plus.

The shower is great. The location is excellent.

Hotellet havde fået slunkne anmeldelser, så forventningerne var ikke super høje ved ankomst. Vi blev ikke skuffede, tværtimod. Super fint og hyggeligt lille hotel i gåafstand til Metro og Notre Dame. Fin størrelse værelse med plads til kufferter, uden at skulle kante sig rundt. Dejligt med elevator, da vi fik værelse på 5. sal. Vores værelse var med en hyggelig lille altan med cafésæt, hvor vi kunne sidde og nyde et glas vin. Rigtig fin morgenmad med lidt for enhver smag. Vi havde booket ophold med morgenmad og benyttede os af det alle de dage, vi overnattede der. Eneste lille minus var, at vores nøglekort til værelse ikke virkede, og det kom det faktisk aldrig til i løbet af opholdet. Så vi måtte pænt blive låst ind af personalet hver gang, vi skulle ind på værelset. Vi blev tilbudt et andet værelse, men takkede nej - så stort var problemet trods alt ikke, og vi tilbragte ikke meget tid på værelset alligevel. Der er meget lydt, men det tror jeg er generelt for hotelværelser i storbyer. Ikke meget støj fra gaden, da hotellet er lidt tilbagetrukket fra hovedgaden. Skal vi til Paris en anden gang, kunne hotellet absolut godt få genvalg.
