Location is good, nice rooms and good modern design and decor. Tasty and good quality breakfast and good restaurant bar. Best is the staff, both reception and house keeping are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the little shaking sound, I believe may be from the metro. Overall a wonderful experience.

I lost approx €2000 from inside a locked suitcase in my room. What was shocking was the attitude of the management. They did not care (despite a police report). While the hotel is nice and the location is great, bad customer service is what gives Paris such a bad reputation.
