En voyage professionnel pour une journée. L'hotel est en plein centre d'Aix en Provence. Idealement situé pour profiter de la ville, à proximité des restaurants et magasins du centre ville

Un excellent établissement, accueil charmant et très pro. Une très jolie chambre. Le parking est à 10 minutes de marche mais vous êtes au bon endroit.

Petite soirée en amoureux à Aix. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, la chambre est confortable même si j'imagine qu'au deuxième étage elles ont encore un peu plus de charme. La chambre ne souffrirait pas d'un rafraîchissement de peinture. La literie est excellente. Le seul véritable bémol est au niveau de l'isolation phonique avec l'extérieur, à 2h30 du matin on entend parfaitement les soulards dans la rue. Le personnel, notamment de nuit était très sympathique.

This is not a hotel 4 star. It is a place with rooms to rent. Small reception on first floor, not staffed during the night. Linen and cleaning facilities stored at the lobby. Shower was flooded. Sincerely overpriced, you will find equal place for half price in Aix.

総合的に高い評価をします。　先ず立地は申し分ありません。　ミラボー通りの奥にあり、周辺の観光には最適な場所です。　近くにはMONOPRIというミニデパートがあり、生鮮食料品や日常用品が手に入ります。　平日（含む土曜日）は夜９時まで、日曜日は午後1時までと水や軽食の調達には非常に便利です。　建物はクラシックな外観ですが、部屋はモダンな作りで広さもあり快適です。　この手のホテルには珍しくミニバーがあります。　特に不満な点はありませんでした。　フロントのスタッフは親切で質問にも丁寧に答えてくれます。　最後にチェックアウトの際、事前にタクシーを予約するとホテル入口まで迎えに来てくれますので、重いケースがある場合には便利です。　通常は旧市街の中には商用車以外は入れないようです。

Bien localisé, proche des restaurants, des lieux d'activité nocturne et culturelle tout en étant calme. L'assistance d'un voiturier est très appréciable dans ce quartier où la circulation est très difficile. Le personnel est très aimable et efficace.

Kleines nettes Hotel mit 11 Zimmern, modern ausgestattet. Zentrale Lage, alles fussläufug erreichbar. Achtung: keine Parkmöglichkeit, nächstes Parkhaus ca 500 m entfernt. Freundlicher Empfang und Service.

We had a lovely room with a terrace overlooking the Main Street, where we could enjoy a first class breakfast

Wonderful location near cours Mirabeau, lots of shops and cafes. Walked a pleasant 15min into town to reach the hotel. Stayed in Picasso on second floor. Was not noisy at all, and most comfortable bedding I've had in France. Only thing is, wifi was not available in the room.

Roamed around old town, visited Cezanne's atelier, explored book shops, dined out.

The hotel is fine but we had a terrible experience with hotel vis-a-vis our car. We paid the hotel 25 Euro per night for car park. However, about a month after returning home we received a ticket in mail about illegal parking in front of the hotel (during the time that the car was in possession of the hotel). Our numerous correspondence with hotel via email and fax to resolve the issue were ignored by the hotel. We are frustrated by the hotel's recalcitrant and irresponsible attitude; a complete violation of trust. Stay away!

Très bon séjour de manière générale. Très belle chambre, personnel sympathique. Quelques points à améliorer: il n'y a pas vraiment de voiturier, donc personne pour vous accueillir à l'arrivée devant l'hôtel, ce qui est un peu gênant car la rue dans laquelle l'hôtel situé est à accès réglementé. Le petit-déjeuner se prend au café en-dessous de l'hôtel (ou vous est livré en chambre depuis ce café) et il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix. Le cours Mirabeau peut être bruyant la nuit.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à l'hôtel De Gantès, faisant une halte entre nos vacances à Marseille et un arrêt en Bourgogne. Nous avons aimé Aix et avons été enchantés de cet hôtel : bien situé, belle chambre, accueil bien sympathique .... nous y reviendrons

the people working the desk were great and helpful. The location is awesome right on the main historic area of town. Aix-en-Provence was great and the hotel is very small and the employees get to know you well. It was a great experience.

Tucked away at the top of the Cours Mirabeau above the famous Deux Garcons Cafe. Great location, staff wonderfully accommodating/helpful in a beautiful old building, rooms recently redone with a modern eclectic vibe in this small boutique hotel. Loved it!

This is a pretty cool hotel with a great atmosphere and a great location in the heart of Aix. My only complaint was that I couldn't open my window because of the smell from the restaurant downstairs (the odors are not a problem if the window stays closed).

j'ai utilisé deux fois l'hotel de Gantes notamment du fait de sa proximité avec la Cour d'appel. le personnel est charmant la chambre est jolie ( un peu bruyante quand on est sur la rue )

Delightful hotel, every comfort provided. Staff couldnt be more friendly or helpful. Great location. We would certainly visit this hotel again.
