Que bonita experiencia en este acogedor Hotel, mi hija y yo quedamos fascinadas con la atención de su personal, todo muy limpio y tranquilo, nuestra habitación muy cómoda y razonable su precio, muy bien conectada a medios de transportes, también hay zonas para comer y caminar muy bonitas, le damos un100 a este hotel tan sobrecogedor 😊

Good Hotel with excellent view on the top floor. We stayed at 603, but I think the top 2-3 floors all should have great views. I added some pictures, so you can see what I'm talking about.
The staff was very helpful, they even helped me repair my suitcase, as it fell to pieces when we arrived at the Hotel.
The hotel is located smack in the middle of three metro's, all about 4-6 minutes walk. Anvers, Cadet and Poissonnière.

All the staff were super friendly. My room was great - exactly what I wanted. On the 5th floor with a street view and a little balcony and view of the tower! It was small but in good decor. Niggles - there was no hot water at 5am when I got in one time; the lift was slow and clunky but I usually walked upstairs (nice oval stairwell); parts of the hotel seemed to be being refurbished so the lower floors looked like they needed some TLC but my experience was great. Thanks

Accueil très agréable.
La chambre était propre
La salle de bain à besoin de nettoyage, l'humidité est présente et visible sur le plafond, ça demande peu de travail pour la rendre plus saine.
Il faisait un peu chaud la nuit malgré un mois de décembre, la chambre manque un peu d'aération.
C'es bien pour une nuit.

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre avec une température extérieure à 0 degré. Nous avons signalé ce problème à deux reprises, on nous a évoqué la réparation dans la journée, ce qui n’a pas été réalisé. Lors du petit déjeuner, nous avons dû débarrasser la table car elles étaient toutes prises. Nous allons faire un courrier de réclamation. Vraiment décevant.

Alors oui, la fenêtre était un peu difficile à fermer, la serrure de la Sdb était non fonctionnelle, mais cela n'a eu aucun impact sur notre séjour !
Le personnel est très professionnel.
Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner sur l'extérieur (moins cher) car il a pleins de boulangerie sympa.
Les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Le quartier est vivant et propre. Très calme la nuit. Bref, bon rapport qualité prix.

All in all, good place to stay in Paris for a few days, on a cheap. Very good mattress, acceptable bathroom and clean towels every day, on the positive. Small space, mini elevator, and no free coffee are on the negative.

Tudo foi ruim nesse hotel, desde a recepção ,até os quartos, sem janela, sujo e com cheiro de mofo, o elevador não chega no andar, fica em um intermediário o que te obriga carregar malas com 25 kgs, por lances de escada. Sai 2 dias antes e fui para outro hotel, não dava para aguentar.

Pas du tout à la hauteur de ce qui est annoncé dans la présentation de l'hôtel. Accueil à la réception "chaotique", chambre vraiment trop petite. Pas d'ascenseur à partir du 3ème (l'hôtel en compte cinq). Escaliers étroits et peu fiables. Petit déjeuner "maigre" sans jus de fruits par exemple ... Bref un hôtel où je ne retournerai pas.
