Près du cœur touristique, de la gare routière (bus) et pas trop loin de la gare SNCF.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi.
Seul bémol: l’absence d’ascenseur. Espérez donc une chambre aux étages inférieurs si vos bagages sont lourds.

位置靠近河边比较好找，停车位少要停到附近的公共停车场。房间大小一般，早餐无水果和肉。步行到老城中心的几个大教堂都很近，也就10分钟。没有特别的好、坏之处。

This is a conveniently located hotel to explore the historic centre of Rouen. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is your typical hotel fare. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The only concern is that there are no lifts which means that you have to be able to cope with climbing stairs. I would stay there again.

Beautiful modern rooms, but there is no lift, so you must carry heavy luggage up the stairs - rooms are spread over 4 floors above ground level. There is absolutely no staff in the hotel after 8pm and no way to contact them if you have a question or problem with your room. The staff were also not responsive to messages sent via hotels.com.

I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too.
When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again.
And just like last year, everyone was super nice. Merci du fond du cœur, Maxime et ses parents
This hotel is located very conveniently; the rooms are clean; the breakfast is VERY good.
