Amazing old building and big room! Beds as stated by others need a mattress upgrade.

Responsable de l'accueil sympathique et pragmatique. Chambre confortable, bien agencé et bien équipée. Cadre historique magnifique (on a l'impression de vivre au Moyen-Âge) et bien entretenu. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

The room was very clean though quite small. The staff were most friendly and helpful. The location was excellent

Room comfortable, spacious clean , slept well Interesting foyer- unicorn wall hanging! Lucky for the lifts esp with luggage. Reception staff was v helpful and friendly. In old town. But parking has to be in parking station. Problem is couldn’t drop luggage at front door as no access - had to park illegally on Cour Mirabeau- Main Street.

The staff were all really welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and the location was fantastic!

Excellent staff at 24 hour front desk. Clean room. Could not be more central to the old town with restaurants and numerous stores within easy walking distance.

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Rad-Rundreise für eine Nacht dort. Unsere Fahrräder konnten sicher und kostenlos untergestellt werden. Der Check-in verlief problemlos. Das Hotel hat aufgrund seines historischen Look einen gewissen Charme. Nett. Die Zimmer waren hingegen nicht so toll. Klein und das Bad schlichtweg eine Katastrophe. Eine Mini-Sitzbadewanne ohne Vorhang oder sonstige Abtrennung. Das Badezimmer stand direkt unter Wasser. Die Matratzen waren gut. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Aber alles in allem kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde nicht wiederkommen.

WARNING this Hotel are Awful and nasty to deal with! My wife and I had definitely cancelled our booking through Wotif but they still swept our credit card. When we question the charge we got a very aggressive message saying, and I quote "you were a NO SHOW". No "your trip is coming up and we look forward to seeing you", no we are about to charge your credit card" like other online platform. JUST A SNEAKY SWEEP without any warning. Shame on you and shame on Wotif Graeme Marlow

Tolle Lage, bereits in der Altstadt, aber dennoch Bahnhof und Busse gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Nettes Personal, besonderes Flair im Hotel, schöne, ruhige Zimmer.
