I arrived by motorcycle and there is private safe parking in the courtyard for motorcycles and bicycles which is excellent. The owner met me (a fellow motorcyclist) and checked me in. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is tired but clean and comfortable. No Aircon but the fan in the room kept me nice and cool so all worked well. Small room and not much space for luggage but it is slap bang in the centre so you can't expect much else. Slept very comfortably and left early the next day.

Great location and friendly reception. But the soundproof is not good. I wake up due to the noise of heavy steps several times during sleep.

Really homely, we left a bag with our satnav and other bits at reception. They found out it was ours and returned it to us. They were courteous and professional and the hotel is right in the centre. Parking is in a car park around the corner - you take a ticket, even overnight, and pay when you leave (we paid just €4. Overall a very good experience. would definitely go back there.

Thé room was clean and spacious with a remodeled bathroom- this small hotel is well located in the pedestrian zone.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and efficient staff plus good breakfast. Just a little tricky to get to being on a pedestrian mall.

The hotel itself was fair. The room was a bit tired but the bathroom was upgraded and was reasonable. The staff were very polite and helpful and spoke reasonable English. They provided a complimentary iron and ironing board. The room lacked a fridge or coffee making facilities. Breakfast was fair.

The Hotel is nicely modernised in an old building located in the pedestrianised area of the old town. Parking is 100--200 metres away in city parks which can be busy. Hotel is clean and good value and staff very helpful.Clean, good value and pleasant staff.

A hotel in the city center. The girl at reception was very pleasant and friendly. room was comfortable. The old building requires upgrading though, at least addition of bright lights in the corridors.

Travelling through to Geneva and was a good convenient location of the main A31 to stop for a night. The hotel is in the pedestianised city centre and the nearest public parking is 10 to 15 minutes walk away, although it was free on Saturday night when we stayed at the hotel. There are lots of bars and food restaurants around the city centre, which is very pleasant.

This hotel was a great base for 4 nights. We explored Thionville and did day trips to Luxembourg and Bastogne from here. The reception host was very helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. 5 stars and great value.

Located on a pedestrian only street in a lovely town. Enjoyed the stay and the friendly staff.

Great hotel manager- hotel would be a "5" with air conditioning!

We stayed one night in a room with two separate bedrooms. Both rooms had a separate TV and what was especially nice - two fans, as it was relatively hot. Beds were comfortable and place was quite clean. It is located in the downtown walking mall area and so one needs to park in a public area but there was no charge for the evening hours.

Hard to find with our GPS but it was a great location in the center of town with a parking lot under a shopping mall nearby. Staff helpful with carrying some of our luggage up two flight of stairs. Small breakfast area but adequate. Daytime desk clerk thanked me for being an American (D-Day Celebration on TV in breakfast area). Rooms very clean.

First negative - didn't take breakfast at the hotel, too pricey. Found a cafe one minute away at a third the price. Rest of stay, positive, even though unfortunately the outside of the hotel does not make a good first impression. Once inside, it is a pleasant enough place to stay. Right on a main pedestrian street, so if, like us, you sleep with the window open (no air-con here) then you will be awoken by the sounds of the city, e.g. late-night revellers, dogs barking, and the streets being cleaned at 6am. However that is hardly the hotel's fault! Another plus point - arrive after 6pm and parking is free in the local square until 9am the next day.

Conveniently situated for me (I was travelling from the station each day). Bed very comfortable, and the room was quiet (it did not face out to the front of the hotel, though). Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities, but I think that's just a British thing!
