The hotel was very quiet and clean .

淋浴間的蓮蓬頭只能掛很低 要坐著洗 如果要站著洗就要自己一直拿著蓮蓬頭

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Location is good.

位於市中心，交通方便，步行已經可以到很多景點，附餐廳很多，可以選擇不同的美食

床墊非常舒適，櫃檯人員非常幫忙且友善，有需要都能協助處理！ 但打掃方面不及格及房內沒有冰箱迎賓水，若有需要冰東西就要考慮一下， 覺得這方面僅有三星的價值！ 但整體上交通便利附近有幾個地鐵口非常方便

飯店附近生活機能好，有餐廳有超市。

已經是第二次住在這酒店，原因也不用多說，下次再來巴黎也會選擇的

就在歌剧院附近，周围很多饭店，到卢浮宫和巴黎圣母院月在3公里左右，走走都方便，能看到不同的风景。酒店设施不错，房间尽管小，很舒适，卫生间够大。

酒店地理位置不错，地铁出来走5分钟就到了。去老佛爷，香榭丽舍大街，卢浮宫之类的地方都很便利。服务的话因人而异，不太好一概而论。房间很小，但是还比较干净，周围环境略吵，隔音一般。

因為房間是黑色為主軸，所以落在上面的灰塵也特別清楚，但櫃檯人員服務態度很不錯，我訂的是superior room但是房間還是很小，大行李箱都無法攤開

一共住了三晚~總結人員有禮，酒店樣跟相一樣，只是房間真的小不能同時打開兩個行李箱。由酒店前往地鐵站約5mins，步行到老佛爺百貨約20-30mins視乎個人步速。酒店不在大街，鄰近有餐廳，酒吧~~

Hotel très sympa accueil adorable merci pour le séjour

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, but the overall service and value didn’t quite meet the standards expected from a four-star establishment. Our room was spacious and comfortable; however, it had a strong and unpleasant odor—likely coming from the carpet—which made the stay less enjoyable. On the day of our departure, we received a call from reception just ten minutes after the official checkout time (12 PM), urging us to vacate the room immediately, despite new check-ins being scheduled for 3 PM. Later, while waiting in the empty lobby before heading to the airport, we ordered some sandwiches and politely asked for a small plate to eat properly. The receptionist—same person as earlier—refused, saying that the hotel “does not usually allow this” as it could disturb check-in procedures. Overall, while the location is excellent, the experience lacked the warmth, flexibility, and attentiveness one would expect from a four-star hotel.

Excellent location. Calm and quiet. Stylish and immaculately clean. Staff are always available. Friendly and very helpful. Breakfast options offered at an additional affordable cost.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The hotel had a breakfast in the morning, and had some cocktail services in the evening which was a great touch. It was in a great location, easy to get to the metro which we used a lot. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower, only a shampoo/bodywash. Overall though, a good experience.

Location was good - room while small as typical in Paris was quite comfortable and clean and would highly recommend others to stay at thus hotel. One feedback point - tv should allow language switch to English as set to only French which we don’t understand.

Beautiful little hotel in a convenient location. The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful and available at every hour we called. They even helped us book a taxi to our next destination. The housekeeping was excellent. We gave them 4 starts instead of 5 because the rooms got warm, but if you open the windows people stay out late and it got very noising very early in the morning a couple of nights. But I also think that’s going to be a problem everywhere in Paris. The other kind of odd dilemma was that the shower only has a half door, so I kept flooding the floor when I took a shower, even when I pointed the nozzle toward the wall. Wonderful stay overall, thank you so much.
