沒電梯，樓梯超小，搬行李很累人，很麻煩

三人房就是最基本人配備、最為陽春的房間、如果預算有限、又不太要求房間的舒適度、可以列為考慮、但它網路上的照片和實際情況仍有落差！！另外、附近治安還算不錯、晚上蠻安靜的、附近也有超市和熟食店

下次會再選擇一次

Very nice place and service, but it's not a good choice if you have a large baggage.

近地鐵站，周邊有吃的。但沒有電梯，拉到房間挺吃力的。

El servicio se puede mejorar, atención a la limpieza de las áreas públicas, había mucho polvo dentro de la habitación y las escaleras!

Hôtel fonctionnel et efficace. Grande proximité avec la Tour Eiffel et emplacement idéal. On en a pour son argent.

Personnel extrêmement gentil et aimable, a l’écoute et serviable ! Quand à la chambre en elle même, propre mais traces du temps bien présentes.

The personal and the people that work there were extremely helpful and always helping us, the only thing that I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t have elevator, the location was great close to Eiffel Tower and a lot of Restaurants

Basic but very good value for money, excellent location. Breakfast was basic, which was ok for the price but i missed eggs or vegetables/salad. Free internet available.

Our stay was great. They allowed us to check in quite early when our flight landed in the morning They made up the bed and provided clean towels daily, the room had tea and a tea kettle provided. The water in the bathroom tap was clean and drinkable, and the bathtub was a great touch after long days of walking. This was incredibly comfortable and offered much more than expected from a budget accommodation.

Pas très propre. Si vous restez plusieurs jours, pas de nettoyage sanitaires, juste serviettes propres et lit refait. Petit déjeuner en plus et pas grand chose de proposé. (10€)

El personal es excelente, pero como mandan a personas de la 3ra. edad a los pisos superiores, había qué subir casi 5 pisos normales para llegar a las habitaciones del 3er piso, y NO tiene elevador el hotel, igual un día no tenía agua caliente la ducha del baño, y el encargado de la recepción, un hombre de cerca de 80 años no sabía qué estaba pasando con el agua caliente, y no dio solución al problema, yo no regresaré a este hotel

The receptionist Rayan, was good and helpful but owner wasn’t nice at all. We were thrown out at 1/30 am cos we refused to pay extra money which wasn’t part of the deal. We nbooked through Expedia who gave us an option to choose between 2 or 3 persons. We had a small child with us so we went for the 3 for the same price. Initially the receptionist gave us 3 beds’ room but after an hour of stay the owner called and asked us to pay or leave. Since we intended to stay for 3 hours only we preferred to walk out and would want to reclaim money from Expedia now.
